Wasn’t sure about this place, as the parking lot is almost always empty. Not what I’m used to for IHOP. But we gave it a shot for dinner on a Friday. We we’re the 2nd car in the lot, even so our waitress barely had time for us & the other 2 tables she gained during our dinner.
The food wasn’t bad, but not real special either. It took almost the whole meal to get the 2 pancakes that came with the meal.

The building was nearly empty with only 2 other tables and yet the server took forever to serve us. It would be one thing if they were slammed but the place is practically empty. Wouldn’t recommend to go unless you want to waste time waiting to pay to leave, waiting for someone to check on the table, etc.

Our breakfast was good I haven’t been in a while because they had stopped serving one of my favorite items the chicken florentine crepes. But they have them again. They only thing I thought was ridiculous was paying 1.99 for onions on the hash browns.

The manager there was the most amazing person I’ve ever met, customer service wise. She was super friendly and I even had to tell her what a refreshing moment she gave me. I haven’t seen customer service like what she offered in years! I would travel the 1hr from home to this Ihop just to see her. AMAZING WOMAN, Ihop never let that one go

First lemme say that Katina is a wonderful waitress and made my experience very pleasant! My breakfast did not disappoint and was good tho a bit overpriced but delicious. The Resturant was clean and accommodating. Was a good start of the day!

There was no wait on a typically busy Sunday morning/afternoon and the food was delivered very quickly as well. Our server was delightful, both friendly and funny. My bf got the split decision breakfast and I had the ham&cheese omelette with hash browns and both were delicious. We’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years and this was by far the best meal we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Very busy for New Years, but did not have to wait long for a table. Our server was prompt to get our drink order and drinks, but it took a little extra to get our food order. She had food coming out from the other tables. I was impressed that the length of time for our food to come was not that long considering the building was full. My hats off to the kitchen. I received spinach and mushroom omelet with a side of pancakes. The omelet was perfectly cooked. My side order of pancakes were fluffy and light. My dad had over easy eggs as ordered and meat and pancakes were great. The only detractors would be there were a couple of things we had first ordered and were not available and had to make substitutions.

We went on a weekend and the place were very busy. The table was sticky, and it took a little bit longer to get our food. The lounge we sat on the cushing part is gone and you are sitting on a deep whole. I don’t think I will go back again.

Waitress was great! Super kind, fast and checked in on us often. I wish I would have caught her name! If it helps she worked the right side inner booths. Food was great. Parking lot was packed but we eventually found a spot. As soon as we got in, we sat down and was asked for our drinks. Great experience my kids enjoyed it. ☺️

This is the best IHOP I have ever eaten at. The food was cooked perfectly, served hot and tasted absolutely delicious. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Although, our order wasn’t right they fixed it super quick. We loved it so much we went back the next day and ate the same exact meal that’s how good it was. Me and my husband got the 2 for breakfast sampler with fresh and fruity pancakes (He got strawberry and I got blueberry). They were delicious. The eggs we got scrambled and they were so light and fluffy both days and the hash browns were absolutely incredible you must try them. Our waitress was DeeDee I believe. She was young and very bubbly and absolutely sweetheart. The bacon didn’t have much flavor but it did the trick. The coffee was so hot and delicious I drank 3 cups both days. And they had hazelnut and French vanilla creamer to add to your coffee. They also have flavored syrups upon request. The best part we got seated right away and our food was served with 10-15 mins of us arriving and placing our order (we knew what we wanted). If I ever come back to this area I am definitely coming here for breakfast again. Thank you all for your amazing food and hospitality. You made us New Yorkers feel very welcome thank you
