Today was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at an IHOP in life. When you go to a IHOP, you don’t expect perfect service. You expect decent food, decent service, and decent prices. I feel like my experience today was full of disappointment behind disappointment. For one, I ordered the spinach and mushroom Omelet, with toast and grits. My son ordered chocolate chocolate chip pancake combo with eggs bacon and hashbrowns. I requested extra mushrooms. Twenty mins after ordering, the plate of eggs hashbrowns and bacon came with my grits and the omelet. After inspecting the omelet, it was missing two ingredients and had no mushrooms, and after informing the waitress, she came back and told Me they were out of mushrooms. They were also out of salsa and sour cream, which I asked to be added. Okay. I can’t do anything now. I specifically ordered this omelet because of the mushrooms. Had I known, let’s say, twenty mins sooner, I would have ordered a different omelet. So accepted the issue and she spoke to a manager who offered to give a discount for the issue. Then we waited another fifteen mins and after reminding the waitress two other times that things were missing, she finally brought the pancakes. After I finished my food, then I asked again for the toast. Five mins later the toast came, after all my food was gone. I felt so overwhelmed with disappointment l, I requested a box as the waitress walked away from our area. She brought it and said she would ring me up in the back since the front register was occupied. We went to the back, and stood there for almost 5 mins as she walked back and forth carrying plates to other tables, meanwhile the other waitresses walked by us and obviously were wondering why we were even back there. We wanted to know too!!! Then I asked again waitress is this normal, to have customers come to the back to get rang up. Two waitresses respectfully responded quickly no! This is not normal. You can get rang up in the front or at your table, which I responded I thought so. Then the waitress who was helping up before said loudly, I got them, I’m here now. Meanwhile the kitchen sounds like a party. This was the most oddly uncomfortable and unusual situation we have ever been in at an ihop. Then when we see the receipt, get this, the “discount” was the military discount. We are military and had no idea we could get a military discount. But because I felt so upset, I just wanted to leave. I will never return to this location. If for any reason we do, I’ll be sure to make sure I have a different waitress in a different section. I’m Normally quite patient with restaurants that have busy mornings like today, but come on. This is not the way. Severely disappointed in Ihop and I strongly believe the quality of the entire establishment has deteriorated significantly. I’m also going to ensure no one I know returns here either.

My wife and I went to this ihop earlier this morning. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the sweetest lady ever. Her exuberance and warm greeting made us smile. Drinks came out rather quickly. Now, I love my sweet tea, and drink it fast. But without even having to ask refills came and replaced the empty glass. Just as our food came out, one of her coworkers were coming behind here with more refills. This by far the best dining experience we’ve ever had. A big Bravo Zulu to Mrs. Tammy for making our day.

Those moments that short staff wows you. We are traveling and found this location late at night. There was 1 employee for the entire restaurant front and back. He was friendly, professional and cooked the best food we’ve had this trip. Service was so good we went back for breakfast. There was slightly more staff but still short handed. We had a server she said she was new. Only 19yrs old I cant remember her name. Very sweet and attentive. All staff was quick to say hi and acknowledge us. Food was phenomenal again. Would 1000% recommend this location. I’m not usually an IHOP fan but they knocked it out of the park!

Although the store is pretty empty (didn’t look like y’all were open), my server Raven was amazing! She was super attentive to everything and I would love to have her again as my server. I don’t know who the cook was but everything was cooked perfectly!

I know this weekend was a very busy weekend, but I would like to congratulate and celebrate Diamond Williams server for doing the most amazing job Sunday. I mean it was like she was a superhero through the whole store. She stayed on her toes smiles on her face, she greeted customers front back and tables with respect, even though it was some shitty DoorDash’s also, there were two managers and a few servers there, but nobody had the energy as my server. It was like she was the only one in the field.there Sunday and nobody came to help Diamond out and manager. A lady came out and still didn’t knowledge the people upfront. I would like to thank Diamond Williams for doing an amazing job. I will be coming back and asking for her as my server.

Both Food and Service were Terrible here! Came here yesterday with my Family and the wait time was Awful! The Three of us Barely finished our Lunch because the Food was that Bad! Everything was Greasy and Tasteless!
It then took almost an half an Hour to first get our Check, and then to Pay it! Management should of had a Full Staff here instead of a Small Staff! We saw our Waiter not only taking Orders, but also Cooking and Washing in the Kitchen!
Every IHOP that we’ve been to over the years have gone Downhill! Will not be going to them anymore! Save your Money and go somewhere else that will give you Great Food and Service!

Went for lunch time on a Tuesday, our server was also a manager there. She was nice, no problems there. However the tables directly next to us were dirty when we sat down & still dirty when we left, with multiple staff members walking around doing not much. Could be cleaner. We ordered pancakes & chicken. Felt like it was a long wait for the food with how many tables were in there. The food tasted great but came out pretty much cold. For how expensive it is now for some pancakes & food being cold, I don’t really see myself coming back.
Also this place needs some serious help on their ceiling! So much water damage the ceilings are turning brown & looks terrible. Corporate needs to give them a remodel budget for help with that or something cuz damn it’s bad and moldy!!

Food was delicious. Sorry forgot to take a picture of the food but it was good. Good service. Last few times my server has been Mrs. Tamara she is amazing. I requested her section again. She never fells. Service was great and she is always on season

Similar experience to other recent reviews. We went late morning last Sunday, and it wasn’t terribly busy but there were a few cars there. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but that didn’t change the fact that it took probably 45-60 minutes after ordering for us to get the most basic meals. I got one of the standard breakfasts and I asked for bacon, but when they set my plate down it had sausage and seemingly no cheese in the eggs like I asked for. I told the food runner this and he took it back and they fixed the order, claiming there was cheese in the eggs but sprinkled some more shredded cheese on there. My boyfriend got his food right before mine, which was country fried steak. Our food was lukewarm by the time it came out. It shouldn’t have taken nearly that long for it being a basic order and not that busy. We decided we would go the extra mile to go to a different IHOP next time we want to go.
