Tomatoes on taco salad were wilty and yukky and the corn maybe was old too. Pulled tomatoes off.
Lettuce was good. Corn chip pieces, a very small bag with it. Chili comes with it too and southwest ranch dressing.
It Was good after I took off the wilty tomatoes.

First and foremost, I literally didn’t even leave the parking lot the other night I had to circle back around and grab more nuggets because they were fire. I mean super Duper fire kinda reminded me of old school Burger King! I’m in Brandon from time to time for a couple days and the staff is very very nice. I’m always with my dog. They are very sweet to him, but I still have to give him nuggets lol they’re very helpful with the new AI systems and they run a tight ship! Super super fast times and it’s basically H.B.O aka hand bag out (this means when you pull up to the window where you’re gonna receive your food that it’s ready when you pull up and hand the bag out the window) each time. Most fast food nowadays is just because you’re in a hurry and you settle because you know it’s usually gonna be shit. Typically with a fast food meal at any of the major drive-through Chainzz I’ve learned a long time ago not to get my hopes up. People don’t have pride and their work and seem to just not care about other people in general so they don’t give a damn how your hamburger looks or if it’s warm or cold or even there so it’s refreshing to know that the second time I ate there and it was just his own point as it was the last time so y’all got a good system with the employees those a shorter, dark haired girl at the window, a blonde woman I assume is a manager or something and a guy with brown, kinda longer hair if I’m not mistaken, wearing in the drive-through headset they are a very efficient team although I think that blonde lady wants to steal my dog lol so keep it up Dave Thomas would be proud. I still can’t get over how bomb those nuggets were the other night .

This wasn’t the best experience I had at a Wendy’s. I went through to the drive thru and my service was very quick with my order. However, that’s the best they did. They said they’ll have spoons included (which they didn’t), and they ripped me off with a Pretzel baconator with one patty instead of two. The food tasted alright, but not a good experience. Go somewhere else.

This will be my last time going here. I went through the drive thru and made my order. Very simple 1 large brownie Oreo fusion. Of which they made wrong. When I asked for it to be corrected, all I got was a brat with an attitude! She wanted to argue, and couldn’t accept she made a mistake much less own it and apologize. No she continues to run her mouth while another employee corrected. Then the 2 year old handed it to me and slammed the window closed. I doubt she will have the job long if the owner has any sense and if the childish employee doesn’t grow up she won’t be able to hold any type of job at all.

I’ve seen employees here preparing food without using gloves. If you look closely around the lobby area, you’ll see flies flying around everywhere. i’ve gone to this location on various occasions for breakfast, lunch or dinner at any given moment the bathroom is always a mess. The last time I went to this location I ordered a bacon double stack and the sandwich came with no bacon and one patty if you value your money, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Workers are beyond disrespectful. I went to Wendy’s on my lunch at 2:30. I pulled up to the box to order (robot taking the order) so when I placed the order the robot got it wrong, so I said what I wanted again and now it charged me for 2 different meals and I kept trying to explain that, the workers finally come on and yell that they understand what I want I don’t have to keep repeating it, my response was that if they had responded to me then I wouldn’t keep repeating. When I pulled up to the window the girl with the ponytail said “whatchu want!” Again I repeated it and then she slams the windows shut. I watched her slam my drink down on the counter multiple times. And then I could hear her through the window talking about “my white ass” And how I need to get out of the drive thru. I let her know I do NOT wanting anything from this place besides my money back. She slammed the window again in my face, and went and got the manager which I don’t think she told him what was happening because again through the window I heard him asked her why should could not just complete my order, and when he opened the window he started to repeat the order back and when I told him what happened he was in complete shock. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY WENDYS AGAIN IF THIS IS HOW YOU ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO REPRESENT YOU.
