Great little family-owned dairy bar just north of West Milford on Rt 19. They have a large selection of dairy treats as well as short order grill items such as burgers and dogs. We stopped here for the first time the other day while in the area. It is a walk-up window order and pick-up. They have a couple of picnic tables in a covered outdoor area. We had a couple of hot dogs with chili, slaw and onions. They were very good. Also had some soft serve ice cream. It is worth a stop.

Extremely disappointed. Used to go here constantly. It was a great place with affordable prices and great food/icecream. Noticed this year the tables are all falling apart & you get splinters if you sit on the wooden ones. The icecream is tasteless, no idea how but the vanilla really doesn’t taste like anything. Last year it was so rich and creamy, we loved it. We got a banana split with the wrong toppings (which I didn’t even complain since the young lady took forever to make it, we were just glad to get it) but then it didn’t even have a banana in it. This has happened twice. The cone sizes are so inconsistent we never know what to order. A small is huge one time then so tiny the next it barely goes above the edge of the cone. Last time we went we left without even ordering because the patrons standing there were all complaining they’d been waiting over 20 minutes for orders that had chocolate icecream because one of the workers said she was cleaning it?? But she was also continuing to wait on customers and fill orders, no idea what was going on, so we just left. Tried a few times to call in an order, for their pepperoni rolls, but the phone line is always out. Do not know if they no longer take call in orders. Truly hate this place is getting run down, plus the products and service is poor. It was a great local place for us to go to.

Best hot dogs and hamburgers around, as well as amazing shakes and desserts. I love to combine the Chocolate/Banana to make a Chanana milk shake! Yum!! Try them you’ll LOVE IT ALL!

While I realize they close at 8pm we stood in line from 730pm to 805pm to be stared at and then have the window slammed in my daughter in laws face and closed signs put up. If they weren’t going to serve us they could have said so rather than allowing us to stand there. This would have been my 2nd visit because I enjoyed the 1st so much but not sure the food is worth the RUDENESS.

BBQ, steak hoagie, pepperoni rolls, actually all food is made to order, hot and very good. Ice cream real good, it has small vanilla beans in it. YUM

My mom always took us here as kids so it brings back memories and they have the best raspberry milk shake around. Give this place a try if your in the area.if not go out of your way to drive by and try it out it’s worth it just bring cash though Fyi 🙂

This is a hidden gem! Fantasy icecream. Old fashion soft serve! The stur-ups are like “blizzards” for a fraction of the price. Out of the way but worth the drive. Take cash they don’t take debit.
