From the hostess, server, and manager, all were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the food. Steak tips are a must have, always delicious! The Cali Turkey Melt was also yummy, will need to be another must have! Service provided by Samantha was great, very attentive and checked back frequently.

Over the years, the service at this IHOP has steadily declined. While the food is still good, the wait times can be unbelievably long. Waiting an additional 30 minutes for burnt toast AFTER finishing my entrée is not my idea of a good breakfast experience.
It appears the issue may be understaffing, as our server was covering both ends of the restaurant. Some staff members are friendly and engaging, but others seem disengaged and uninterested in being there.
I’m really hoping the quality of service improves. The restaurant has an updated interior and a great location, with plenty of potential to consistently fill the dining room.

Lysette was an absolute gem. Great and prompt customer service. She also consistently checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Going above and beyond for her customers, she definitely deserves a raise!

My service was bad at the start. We waited for a very long time over 20 minutes for someone to address us which still didn’t happen another server kept going back-and-forth to the table that was behind and in front of us without even addressing us even though she saw us there.
However, the server named Kiara Took it upon herself to help us, even though it wasn’t her section and I loved her service. We asked to be put in her section so that way she can service and she did a phenomenal job she’s the reason why I enjoyed the ending of my time here thank you Kiara!

The manager too was so nice and came by our table.

Samantha, our server, was very pleasant and efficient. It was a pleasure having her serve our family. My egg whites with mushrooms and spinach was very tasty. The entire dinning experience was enjoyable.

I went to have breakfast with my husband at this IHOP and I must say from the moment we walked in we received superb customer service.
Lysette greeted us at the door and sat us. It was a bit cold inside and when I asked if I could speak to the manager to have the air turned down a bit, she obliged. That’s when I met Ortice. He was very kind and accommodating and made the temperature inside warmer. Lisette also moved my husband and I to a space in the restaurant that was known to be a bit warmer as well.
The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious and service was prompt. We had special requests and all of them were met. I’ve been eating at Ihop for many years and most times my food requests are not right, but for the very first time everything that I asked for and everything that my husband asked for we received.
I will always come back to this Ihop to eat and recommend it to anyone else. Ortice is doing everything right at this spot!!!!

I never usually write reviews but I just have to say how amazing my server Farrah was with me today. She was so kind and patient with me and my kids and I am so thankful because usually at other locations I just don’t get the same compassion from other servers like I did today from Farrah. She made sure our food came quick and hot, she was on top of all the refills, she gave me suggestions and know I have a new favorite meal! I just couldn’t ask for a better server! I will definitely be back just because of her service!
