Everything was amazing. View is amazing, food was good! Fish & chips so good! Clam chowder flavor was awesome, just wish there were more clams in it. Clam cakes were fabulous and a lot of clams in there! Fried scallops were also good. Fried pickles are always good flavor!

I have been going to tickets for years…and sadly I have just seen a decline in just about everything. Often there are no staff…you sit waiting for a server for extensive periods of time…and the food has gone down significantly. I have been a fan of tickets for years, as a resident of Middletown – but I have to say after going today for breakfast I will not return. Not only was the wait extensive…the food was simply not up to par. The bacon I was served was either raw…or overcooked and unchewable. The steak (requested medium-rare) was well done and chewy…and the toast was simply bread on a plate…not even toasted. I did ask if they lost a chef, because it has never been this bad…and I was told “oh I think every is stressed because the health department is here…” Yes, I saw the health inspector…but how is this an excuse? Truly a disappointment. I used to be a big fan, but I will not return. Second time I was served food that was not good, and to sit and wait for a drink due to no staff adding another level of frustration. Great location…although I will no longer recommend going to this restaurant! Truly disappointed in the downfall over the last two years…!

Been to Newport many times over the past 25+ yrs but had never been to Tickets until this visit & went twice because it was so good!! The fish & chips (ordered twice), chorizo mac & cheese, caesar salad with a side of steak & the surf & turf were all delicious!! Also ordered a pitcher of the pineapple cake mimosas, really good!! Will definitely visit again next year when I return! Outside seating with a service dog was great!! First visit were offered a bowl of water for the dog, second visit no offer, so only 4 stars on the service.

I got a Corned Beef Ruben and my wife got the Sea Side Ruben. Both were FANTASTIC!! (They corn the beef in-house!)
The fries were hot, battered and crispy.
I saw a pizza at a neighboring table that looked great. If I get back here it will be high on my list.

The food was nothing special. We went in for breakfast and we’re excited for the variety of items offered. I got the Eggs Benedict, the hollandaise was watery and had no flavor, the eggs were under cooked The garden hash was literally what tasted like frozen bagged home fries with spinach and canned mushrooms thrown in. Then we got crepes, they were just okay. I was not impressed , especially not for the price.
They did play great music though and our server was awesome! Really nice young man!

Good quesidillas, good fish and chips. HORRIBLE excuse for pizza. It had some weird chemical taste and like eating cardboard with lite cheese on it. We got the white pizza with pepperoni. The ricotta felt like powder, and tasted horrible. As a Nyer visiting RI, pizza here is horrible

The food was absolutely amazing and the appetizers were delicious. The server was attentive but a bit on the slower side. My soda was flat but they said they couldn’t change that. Other than that all of the food was very much worth its cost and I highly recommend this restaurant!

Sit on 2nd floor, excellent ocean view. Yummy clam chowder. Fried scallops good but smaller portion, Burger good. Shrimp tacos only 2 but tasty. Plenty of onsite customer parking at 5pm
