I love this cute little coffee shop here in Lisbon! My husband and I love going on our farmer’s market strolls. It’s probably some of the best iced coffee (and matcha) that I’ve ever had. The prices are a little high, but the quality is so good that it’s totally worth it. I love the clean minimal aesthetic of the shop. The staff are always so nice as well. It’s definitely worth the stop if you’ve never been!

A sweet friend of mine kept telling me about this wonderful coffee shop in Lisbon, so I had to take a drive this weekend to check it out. Lovely shop! Food, drinks & service all very lovely. The breakfast sandwich was exceptional for sure. This was a fantastic recommendation & I’m happy to say Lisbon is a lovely town with lots going on in their downtown area.

We love the food and drinks at Nourish. I don’t normally like lattes from coffee shops because they taste artificial… The ones from Nourish are so yummy, made from their house made syrups with clean ingredients. Highly recommend getting yourself a treat!

My wife and I made the drive to Nourish to try it as part of our coffee trail through the Rescue Mission.
Coffee shop is in a nice location in the center of town. Not a huge shop but set up nice with seating and lightly decorated. Environment is pleasant with big windows in the front.
Staff was friendly. My wife just got a plain coffee and I tried a cinnamon roll latte. Both were pretty good and came quick. We also ordered food. I opted to order the Midwest breakfast bowl while my wife ordered the toast and a yogurt parfait.
We sat awhile sipping coffee. Unfortunately, after 40 mins the food never arrived. We were in a but of time crunch and live 30 minutes away so I asked for a refund. Staff was apologetic and it appears the order likely never made it to the kitchen. We saw some other orders trickling out, which is why we waited. They did give us a coupon for a % off our next purchase.
We took the refund and began to make our way back home. In a rush, we didn’t realize till after that the team only refunded us ~$6 and some change of our ~$24 order.
I never like to leave an unfavorable review. While the coffee wasn’t bad, it is unlikely we will make the trip back based on the experience. We can’t speak to the food quality, though what we saw didn’t look bad ? If you live closer, our experience was likely a fluke and it could be worth a shot.

Came in there yesterday for the coffee trail. Very clean and organized cafe. Excellent coffee. The thing I noticed most was the young lady taking our order had the best smile and she kept smiling . In this era of people rushing etc it’s not often you encounter someone smiling at you and just making it known that they are glad you stopped by. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

This is the coolest little coffee shop! Kenzie cooks up the best dishes, and the drinks are exceptional! The food is all made with health ingredients and the drinks have homemade syrups that don’t leave a bad taste in your mouth, like most coffees do! It’s great to finally have a coffee shop in Lisbon!

Nourish is my new brunch go-to! The atmosphere is so charming and they truly created a relaxing and inviting space in Lisbon. But, the real standout is the delicious yet nutritious food they serve. I love the avocado toast especially, and the coffee is remarkable. I’ll be back!

I just want to start out saying that I’m a person that likes to support local businesses. But, I’m going to be a little critical here. I’m going to start out with the positive. The taste is there. I’m all for spending a little extra to support local, but the price for JUST the turkey pesto sandwich was $9.49 and the substance just wasn’t there. I was expecting a hearty sandwich at that price. The wait time was a little bit more than expected. The sign in the shop said there was lavender lemonade but yet they didn’t have any lemonade. I was told it’s out of season but it’s still September and it’s 80° today. There are no bathrooms like another review stated.
