waited 15 minutes for simple egg bacon biscuit. They were to busy talking and drinking energy drinks than cooking and waiting on customers. So I left without food. They can keep my money. I will never be back. McDonald’s on Beinville is 50 times better.

Very busy, takes a long time to get food and to even order. They will likely forget half your order so definitely check your bag before leaving. Also they attempt to shove ALL your food in one bag to the point of the bag bursting open. Place likely needs better management.
Update: gave this McDonald’s another shot in order to dry the big arch burger. We left very very disappointed. Staff was friendly but we got burnt fries and one raw big arch burger.
After the experiences of the McDonald’s in this area, we will no longer be McDonald’s customers ever again.

Food quality and customer service has severely decreased, getting low quality food and very little actual customer service in what’s supposed to be a destination spot. I understand it’s fast food, but there should still be a standard to meet and lately it’s not happening.

One of the very convenient location as it’s located just inside gas station. I stoped by on my way to Atlanta. Neat and tidy with friendly staff. Restrooms are also highly maintained and cleaned. Hot chocolate is good not much sweet like 7-11.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this location has gotten simple orders wrong too many times. Don’t bother asking for anything extra on a burger, more than half the time the employees can’t even accomplish that. The final straw with this location was sitting at the drive thru speaker for more than 15 minutes, at least have the decency to come on speaker and say ” hey we will be with you shortly”. I had enough of waiting and decided to drive off without ordering, just to drive by the window and see all the employees standing at the front counter talking and laughing. I have had some good experiences with this location but lately the bad has been so terrible that it out weighs the good.

Horrible raw burgers. It’s like they can’t wait at night to cook something so twice now their burgers have been pink and the fries are terrible. They’re gonna get someone really sick. Whoever was working JANUARY 27TH, 11:00pm asked me to wait 1 minute while there was no car. Another car comes, he takes their order first. I then proceeded to wait another 3 minutes to be ignored. Shame on him.

This is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to and almost every single time I have come here with my boyfriend the food and service is awful.
Yesterday we went at 9:22 PM and placed two mobile orders, mine included 2 apple pies and when we received our food after waiting in line for 20 minutes because they didn’t bother to tell the people ahead of us to pull forward, our fries were cold, burgers were nasty, and my two apple pies were OLD! one apple pie was supposed to be wasted out at 5:37 PM. and the second pie was supposed to be out at 8:34 PM!!!! ONE OF THOSE PIES WAS 5 hours old, the other 1 and a half, and they were also BOTH BURNT!
For those who haven’t worked in mcdonald’s or fast food, you are supposed to put a time sticker on the apple pie boxes so that you know when you’re supposed to throw them out and replace them with new pies. Typically their shelf time from the oven is roughly 2-3 hours.
we called and asked if we could get fresh pies the next day and they said yes, so my boyfriend went to go pick them up for me an hour ago, and they’re both old and disgusting. the people just took off the stickers so we couldn’t tell what time they were supposed to be wasted out, and i know they did this because the sticky sticker residue was left on the boxes. WE TOLD THEM LAST NIGHT WE WOULD BE FINE WAITING THE 12 MINUTES FOR FRESH PIES, and they couldnt even be bothered to do that! Disgusting and terrible service. dont give these people your time, some people need to be fired. Or get better management. We both worked at mcdoanlds for 8 years so we KNOW how the job works, it’s not that hard to do it correctly.
PS the woman he talked to over the phones name was possibly kylie? she was kind but clearly needs some more training on how to properly handle the food because she told us she would replace our pies no problem, and make them fresh, but today she happily handed over OLD PIES AND JUST TOOK THE STICKERS OFF OF THEM. get better workers that actually care about food safety.

If I could rate you with no stars I would. Do you really find this a acceptable way to make a deluxe chicken sandwich? I pretty much had to build the sandwich myself the chicken was old and could barely bite it. The fries were old and had no salt on them . Thank you for the worst chicken sandwich I ever ate! You need some training on what to serve your customers and clean your deep fryer!
