I had a tasty bacon double quarter pounder with cheese here. The patties were very juicy. I typically do Mobile app order and curbside pick up now at MCD and it worked well at this location too. Why fight the drive-thru line?

I came to get some food after school was already exhausted and i have to put up with a manager who thinks im lying. I ordered 2 Sweet tea lemonades with a lemon added in, not hard to understand and when i get to the window to get the food and drinks the manager hands me the 2 drinks that look very dark like it pure sweet tea. So i asked her do these have lemonade in them? and she says “no it’s just a sweet tea with lemon added in if you wanted lemonade it’s a completely different thing”. I told her yeah i know i was charged 3$ more for the lemonade/sweet tea and she angrily tells me to park on the side and that she’s going to review the receipts and she’ll bring them out if they are lemonade/sweet tea. Now that i think about it i shouldn’t have parked and made her look right there at the screen in front of her, anyways i waited and waited my drinks never came out i went inside and another manager i believe was there, i explained the situation and she lied as well saying she saw the screen, so whatever she goes to tell the manager and she’s like “im on it already i’m going to check the receipt” at this point im getting real angry and am waiting for her to come to the front counter and finally the second manager who helped me gives me the sweet tea/lemonades , it’s just crazy how this tiny mistake of HERS turned into me having to wait 10 minutes parked while starving and exhaustion. The next day my receipt loaded into my app and there it is sweet tea/lemonades so ridiculous how the managers lie out of their ssa to make themselves look right. The photo i attached is my receipt it says Avenue B because that’s what i set my location too but the order took place here at 16th st mcdonald’s.

I used the drive thru close to 10 PM. It took a while due to only one window open. You paid and picked up at the same window. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. The frys were like warm at best. The burgers were burnt on one side and were unedited. Worst McDonald’s meal I have ever had. Will not be going back there again.

Took a while to get the food, there wasn’t many customers. The fries were only up to about half of the container, disappointing. Update: The store told me to contact corporate, so I did. Then corporate got back to me and said the issue was sent back to the store. It’s just been a constant loop with no real help or resolution. Clearly, customer service isn’t a priority here. I’ll be going somewhere that actually values its customers.

This McDonald’s is average. I find that their nuggets are undercooked many times almost all the time. Did you know that the freshest burger is a quarter pounder with cheese? They pretty much have to make it to order and there’s actually a nationwide issue with the ice cream machines technology, it’s not that your local McDonald’s does not want you to have ice cream. It’s that when the ice cream machine goes off-line there’s no ice cream. They are average on speed.

Well I ordered the egg mcmuffin with no meat. They charged through a sausage mcmuffin and said it’s all the same price with or without. With the hashbrown and coffee it was 9.59

Manager david or Dave is horrible!!. Was picking up an uber order.. Lady over drive threw speaker said wasnt ready and to pull forward to side. I did just that. Waited over 5 mins no order came out. Went in Manager stated you have to come inside to pick up order. I have never had to do this at any other mcdonalds while ubering. MANAGER STATED THAT IT IS A NEW POLICY. I HAD ASKED TO SEE POLICY HE MENTIONED HE COULD NOT PROVIDE AT THE TIME!! If this is a new policy you should plz inform Uber or doordash. Or any other delivery service.

Hungry, decent food fast. Lots of seating. Right on the I-8, easy access to wherever you are going. I was there mid day on a Saturday and there was plenty of parking. I have been coming to this McDonald’s for over 20 years, have yet to be disappointed.

Went in this weekend through the drive thru and the girl asked “what do you want?”
And after every item kept asking ” is that it?” It was basically the tone that rubbed me the wrong way, like if I was an inconvenience.
