Had a wonderful birthday visit. Had the steak and it was cooked to perfection! Very hard to do in my eyes. Corn was yummy and most of all who doesn’t love some chips and salsa! We always get the 3 for me deal and it never disappoints.

Aaron was our host and he was fast, kind, diligent, and made sure we were good. The entire team knew we were coming so they pulled more people to the back to cook and nothing but smiles. Chili’s is new and improved! The company has clearly reinvested in itself. The menu is amazing and refreshing. My daughter recommended the place after her and her friends were at one recently. The chips and salsa are unlimited and tops as a family side order. They’re thin, hot and delicious! They have some new ‘Trio’ options on the menu that allow you to order a drink an appetizer and almost any entree on their menu at a great value (less than $20.00).
I had their potato soup for a starter, followed by a bacon cheeseburger, which was both juicy and flavorful. Everything was prepared, just the way I asked. Definitely check this place out. If you gave up on it once upon a time, give it a second chance!

We had a very good meal. Our waiter, Dutch, was really informative and answered our questions with joy in his face. When he brought out our meals, he remembered who ordered which meal without asking. He offered to fill our drinks to go. Thanks, Dutch, and keep up the good service.
It is interesting that the restaurant has remover the salt and pepper from all of the tables. Now you have to ask for them, and the servers will gladly bring them to you. The ketchup was still on the tables.

We usually love coming here and getting dinner together as well as take out.. this time take out order was messed up and when eating into my burger it was raw. Don’t think we will be returning here anymore

Server was the worst ever. Never expect great service from there. They comped our check for drinks and appetizer because it was that bad. Never ordered meals. The host kid was amazing though. And the manager did respond to our complaints. Chilis really needs to do something about their waitstaff though.

I’ve been here before and had a great experience at the bar but tonight ordering food The sirloin and broccoli were very cold, the meat also has lots of thick white strings. I’ve ate tons of filet, sirloin, rib eye, ect. and never experienced this before

My grandson and I were not that pleased. It seems they have gone downhill since the last time I was there. The prices are out of this world, the service wasn’t that great as the waitress busied herself with other activities instead of checking on us. There was not a whole lot of people there so I’m not sure what she was doing. It seemed to take a while for our food to come. If you sit there being thirsty, you may have just been served by our waitress.

I am very disappointed in our experience tonight at this restaurant. We spent all day driving in a blizzard to sit down to some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. We came in at 8:45. Felt completely rushed. Our appetizer and entree came out at the same time and our cocktails afterward. Before my mom could even take a bite of her food the server was asking us if we needed boxes and the check. She proceeded to stand at the table waiting for us to pay and made us uncomfortable as we were paying. Very disappointed in the service. Besides that food was good!

Chilli’s was so good. A better experience than I had in Florida! The food was fresh, hot and delicious!
My son had the Pepper Pals Cheesy Chicken Pasta which is Cheesy chicken penne pasta in Alfredo sauce served with fries and Broccoli!
My daughter had Pepper Pals Pepperoni Pizza which is a 6″ Pepperoni Pizza served with orange slices and a small salad.
As an appetizer we had Skillet Queso, Original queso with beef. Served with chips & fresh salsa. It was my first time having it. It was worth the try!
My best friend had the BBQ Brisket Burger
Pulled brisket, which was new it had house BBQ, cheddar cheese, pickles.
My wife had the Mix and Match fajitas with steak and Shrimp. Side of rice and beans topped with pico de gallo!
I had the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with chilis famous Baby Back Ribs, Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers and Chicken Bacon ranch Quesadillas. Served with roasted street corn, fries & garlic toast.
Every bite was soo delicious!
We will be back for sure when we are in the area!
