I went inside and was greeted very professionally with a cashier named Carissa she was very friendly and greeted me with kind ness. She took my order and my money. I was also amazed because she was also taken drive-through orders. My change was correct. She also made sure that my food was hot and make sure that I got condiments if needed. I would recommend this place to anybody. The bathrooms were clean when I went to go wash my hands which was a huge Plus.

Paid and immediately told to pull up and wait. Waited over 10 mins still didn’t get my food watching everybody get their food. Took someone 5 mins to open the door and another 5 mins to get a refund for a $20 order. Ended up going to McDonalds.

I placed my order at the drive-through. I ordered a medium Baconator Combo. They gave me a double burger combo instead. I live a few miles away, so I called the restaurant as soon as I saw the order mixup. The phone rang 22x, and no one answered! This is so unacceptable! After working 12 hours, now I have to go to bed hungry!!!

The service is poor here. It’s never a customer first approach. The food orders are always incorrect, those young girls are in there joking and playing. The receipt machine is always down for the drive-thru and their attitudes are poor. This Wendy’s sucks because of the entire staff that works on Sundays around 4pm est. I do not recommend this specific location.

The sandwich was very flavorful with just the right amount of mayo and cheese, perfectly balanced with the bacon and sausage. The potato wedges were fresh, crispy, and absolutely hitting the spot. Great way to start the day—highly recommend!
