We stopped in for a late lunch and got a table right away. Our server Jacob was outstanding! He was quick to bring us drinks and our order. The food came hot and fresh, and tasted delicious (I had the grilled chicken sandwich)! So much food I took home leftovers. (Atmosphere-not their fault the table behind us had kids playing their iPad videos loudly). Highly recommend!

Been there many many times before, but this place has turn into a dump. Requested a burger -bacon, but it arrived with becon. The waiter said, “the cook didn’t hear him guess”

From the time we walked in the experience went down hill. The host didn’t greet us and was wearing headphones and also seemed annoyed….then took a bit of time to sit us….and we ended up only a few feet away. Then the waitress also seemed annoyed….probably because we didn’t order appetizers….and already knew what we wanted to order. Then they bring the food. I ordered fish and chips….the fish was cheap and scales and the fries were cold and the seasoning they put on them was just put on just a few. My spouse ordered a cob salad and the bacon was fake tasteless bits. But the one thing I can say was not too bad was the eight dollar margarita….it was a nice size and the flavor came close to a topshelf drink

If you would like sub par service this is the place to go. The host was wearing head phones the whole time and never once greeted us when we walked in the door. He was sweating something fierce and looked like he was in something. He was cleaning his headphones and wiping his sweat off with the same towel to clean the tables with. Our food finally came out after at 25 min wait, 130pm on a Saturday with hardly anyone in the restaurant, the food was cold, the server couldn’t even remeber we ordered bottomless fries. My son’s kids meal was wrong and the meat tasted 3 days old. Don’t order the Cesar chicken wrap the tortilla was crispy and hard, chicken looked like it was just set onto of it, and the lettuce tasted old. I will not ever be back to this location.

Spent an hour and a half here tonight. Took over 20 minutes to be able to place our order, another 15 to get drinks and another 30 to get our appetizer. Food finally came out and it was all cold and the fries looked like the kind you find on the floor under the table. Had to ask for refills three times and finally got them right before we left. One burger ordered was for cheese only and the bun was all crumpled up and soggy from where it had been made with toppings that were just scraped off. We lover Red Robin but we were severely disappointed in this trip and will not return to the Castleton location.

Maybe 3 tables in the entire restaurant, 7 pm on a Tuesday night. Sarah was our server, & the service we received was mid at best. “ bottomless “ fries that I never received or even offered because the server rarely came back to the table. I could see who I assume was the manager, as they were in more dress attire & tried to grab her attention multiple times, a different server seen this & tried to get her for us but again, never came out so no resolution was made there. Food was good, & did come out fast. It started off really well but ended very poorly. After about 10 minutes on the fry wait we just decided to get boxes & leave. Which was another 5 minutes just for a box. I could 100% understand this if it were remotely close to busy, but when I left there were 2 people at the bar & 3 tables seated, not near busy enough to not give people good service. We all left saying it was the worst service at a restaurant we have had in years.

This was my spot. Food is delicious. But its seems to be getting more expensive with time. Service runs a bit slow. I go here for the bottomless sides. But we charging for the dipping sauces? Each time? Get it together. Lets make that make sense.
