My only issue is the chocolate milkshake. What I got didn’t taste anywhere near like a chocolate milkshake, it tastes like a very strong Tootsie roll milkshake. Don’t get me wrong, I like Tootsie rolls but Jesus Christ. Definitely won’t order a chocolate milkshake from this location ever again. Other than that, the food was good.

I stopped at this location because it’s the easiest restaurant to stop at on my way home. More often than not it’s at least a 20 to 30 minute stop so I’ve recently been going to other restaurants nearby. Tonight I stopped and waited for 20 minutes and not one car moved and at least six or seven different cars left in that time. Also when I do go through the drive-thru typically the people are very rude.

First off a Mccrispy Deluxe comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. What do I get? a burnt piece of chicken on a scorched bun, with two tiny slices of tomato if you can even call them that!! This is what i sat in line for 15 minutes for?!? Come on mcdonalds do better!!!!

When waited 15 minutes for fresh nuggets after working all to get some nuggets that has been doubled fried to look fresh. I’ve worked at McDonald’s for 10 years I know what hot fresh nuggets look like. They were nowhere near fresh. I want my money back ….the fries what fresh but no salt… Where are the good workers ones who care about fresh food.

I visited this McDonald’s tonight and had a very disappointing experience. I placed and paid for my order, which included two sundaes. When I arrived at the pickup window, the employee who handed me my items (wearing a white hoodie, braids pulled up in a ponytail, and a McDonald’s visor) had a rude and unprofessional attitude.
My drink cup was leaking Hawaiian Punch down the sides and had not been wiped off. I calmly asked the employee if they were okay, and they responded, “Are you okay?” in a sarcastic tone. When I replied that they didn’t seem okay, they slammed the window in my face before I could ask for spoons or anything else.
I don’t understand what caused this behavior. I only asked for my sundaes to be placed in a bag—something I always request because I live upstairs and it’s easier to carry them that way. I’ve never had an issue before.
Please address this situation with your staff. If someone doesn’t want to be in customer service, they shouldn’t take their frustration out on paying customers. I expect better from McDonald’s and hope this matter is looked into seriously.

They say they are open 24 hours it is always has there system down around 3 until about 4:30 or 5 am if you are not 24 hours say that and close inside of acting like you will take someone’s order because even DoorDash orders don’t come through when there system is down it’s stupid just to waste time and effort on food that probably won’t be good

You call that a big mac? Looks like 2 regular hamburger pattys. It sucked. It was cold and the prices suck. They don’t fill the fries or drinks. Total ripoff!

I don’t really go on this side of town but my kids were hungry but the people were actually friendly and the food was fresh and most importantly my entire order was correct only thing they missed were straws and napkins a small price to pay for the food being fresh and my order correct this is the first McDonald’s that I went to that did that and surprised me so I would recommend them and it was around 6pm when we stopped by there.
