The food is always stale. The fries are rough and crunchy like a crispy chip. The nuggets are dry. And the lemonade. They have messed up the lemonade soooooo bad. It’s like they out in zero effort for the lemonade. It’s so sour, almost as sour as the customer service. The lady at the window didn’t hear me when I said make my meal a large. When I handed her back the wrong size she gave me she told me this time I can keep it like she was being nice about letting me keep it. Excuse me? It’s not my fault that she didn’t hear me. Liek others have said replace your headphone sets. The messed up headsets are causing so many orders being messed up. Chick fila has gone down hill. Whatever happened to good amazing service and food at chick fila? It’s gone. It needs to be good service in the day time and at night. They need a better manager at night. That’s obviously the problem if they have so many issues at night. Do better chick fila. We expect chick fila, if I wanted crappy service I would go to Burger King. No one says my pleasure anymore either. What’s up with that. Get it together people! Do better!!!

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had from start to finish. Lisa is rude and abrasive at the front counter. The food for breakfast was disgusting. Burrito was crusty and did not taste good at all. Could not eat it. One box of hash browns were cold but cooked. The other box was cold and soggy undercooked. Spit out the one I did attempt to put in my mouth. Very disappointed.

I door dash from here frequently. Every single time without fail they ignore the diet lemonade on my order and give me a lemonade. How do I know that you ask? Because I test them with my glucose strips, as I’m a type 1 diabetic and drinking one large regular lemonade can kill me. The last two times they haven’t even bothered marking it on the cup. If I go in person they get it right, but through delivery? They could care less. Fries are great, chicken filet on the sandwich is the size of a chicken wing. Definitely need better training when it comes to food safety because one day they’ll mess up the wrong persons order and cause a medical emergency.

Well everyone it’s been a good while since I have been to this particular Chick-fil-A as usual busy but not like the one at Bay City Point that is over capacity of course tried the Dr. Pepper float really yummy along with the usual chicken strips, and since I’m not a huge fan of there waffle fries got me a fruit cup in it’s place overall good everything the cute girl named Natalie who called my name to confirm my order was ready cracked me up she forgot to say my pleasure since she was too busy laughing while calling orders out so kudos to her for making my day and her day alone give this lady a raise she earns it definitely will be back again soon!

I don’t know what happened to this location, but quality has definitely dropped. Ordered Deluxe Sandwich… comes with tomato BUTTS- the top and bottom of the tomato. After last several visits- there have been issues. No more for us.

I came through the drive through to pick up dinner tonight and got home and opened my spicy sandwhich to see a spicy filet that was smaller than a spicy breakfast filet. For $5.29 and $20 even on 2 meals I feel a little ripped off. As a former Chick-fil-A employee who worked in the kitchen this is disappointing to see to say the least. The standard is touching on at least 3 sides of the bun and while I understand that accidents happen, someone saw this and thought that someone would be happy opening this up. I included a couple pictures and my hand for scale. I hope someone was just having an off night because this isn’t the standard I was taught.

Went in at 1030am and ordered a Cobb salad , went to pay and debit card no where to be found..And here comes Page she is shift manager and she was an angel and payed for my meal..God bless you Page and I will pay it forward..I will be back to this location wonderful customer service and customer service focused staff. They have a playground for kids! Definitely a great place to go to enjoy indoor playground without it having to be McDonald’s Everytime! Food is always delicious staff is friendly like any other Chick-fil-A! Love this place
