Great burgers, shakes, and fantastic employees. I ordered their cheeseburger tray and got onion rings and potato salad as my 2 sides. I was extremely disappointed when I found I only received 4, yes 4, onion rings. When I returned the next week and asked about it, I was told that 4 is the correct order size. Now, their trays do come with 2 sides so I was told that if I want more onion rings that I could order 2 sides of onion rings and I would get 8. Hmmmmmm. Other than that, the shakes are really good and so is pretty much everything else. Lots of topping to create your own favorites and everything is made to order. Great late night stop when craving delicious and fresh made burgers and dogs. They do have a walk up window if you dont want to wait in line at the drive thru.

I had a great experience at this Cookout, largely thanks to the excellent customer service (it was really outstanding) and the impressive cleanliness of the premises. The staff was incredibly attentive and got our entire food order exactly right, which is always appreciated. I really loved the nice diner aesthetic they’ve established for the outside dining area; it creates a great atmosphere, though it is important to note that there is no indoor seating available at this location. My only real complaint was that the Cajun fries weren’t very “Cajun” and lacked the spice level I was expecting, but overall, the quality of service and the pleasant outdoor environment made it a visit well worth it.

Love that this location was open so late. Hot fresh made to order food. Staff was quick and efficient. Amazing milkshakes so many options to choose. Creamy, so thick you need a spoon and absolutely delicious. The pineapple banana is sweet, Tart, and full lots of fruity chunks.

Services was quick, I ordered a regular cheeseburger tray, add an additional cheeseburger but since I had an hour drive I asked him not to put the tomato on the burger so it didn’t get all soggy and gross, play package my entire Burger up so that all I had to do was assemble it and nothing got soggy… was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be returning! Fast A++ service, and delicious food.

I got a CookOut style cheeseburger with fries and onion rings-all hot, fresh, and tasty. Also, a Butterfinger milkshake which was full of chocolate and crushed up Butterfinger-excellent. Service was quick and cashier at the walkup was very friendly. This is a driveup or walkup and take food back to your car place, not a sit in restaurant, though there are about 5 outside tables you can use on nice days.

Food was perfect. I loved the BBQ dinner and for less that $6 you cannot go wrong. The meat was delicious, I’m a big fan of Carolina BBQ to begin with. I will absolutely visit again. If you want a cheap delicious meal, do check this place out.

The service recently has been so good. I don’t know what they changed but they need to keep doing it. You can tell the people working there are genuinely enjoying their job and having fun with each other, and they are SO polite and friendly to customers. Every time I go I see smiles from the people inside. That’s so important and rare in a fast food environment and I have been very happy with my last few visits. The orders have been almost always correct and are prompt. Obviously the food is good… it’s Cookout
