Order #0093 Normally I order from here and I get great hot fresh pizza and cheese sticks. Tonight the cheese ticks were dry and hard. I called and spoke to the manager and he was nice and offered to remake them and send them back out. I was very pleased until the order I arrived and I got the same dry cheese sticks. I have a picky 2 year old that will not eat slices of pizza only the cheese sticks so he had to eat the plain crust from our pizza. Highly disappointed tonight

TODAY SUNDAY 02/01/26 I arrived at this location , after placing my order for a large pizza I was told to wait 15 to 20mns meanwhile I asked to o use the bathroom which is located in the lobby waiting area on the left corner, I was rudely denied the need to use the restroom then I asked to speak to a manager, make subject came out black individual with long dreads he also denied me the need to use the restroom,, I proceeded to ask him why was there a restroom in the lobby waiting area where customers have to wait for their order and customers are not allowed to use the restroom after just observing an employee coming from using the restroom… he replied very rudely very unprofessional that restroom usage is only for employees , another female customer was there noticing how rude and unprofessional he was behaving and replying that he was the manager he does he wants period… I then proceeded to get refund and not spend a dime in that god forsaking place, another female customer did the same and walked out… I will never step foot at that Pizza Hut location.. you think I’m joking just go yourself place an order and watch how they’ll deny you…. Incident took place at approximately 3:15 pm and 3:50pm watch and see how 2 customers walked out cause of bad service.

This pizza is always great but the staff have generally not been too friendly or they’re just really shy and don’t really say anything. It’s definitely more of a pickup place as it wouldn’t make sense to sit down for a meal there with such a small space

I don’t give this store 0 because i can’t. After I place my order I was told that it will take 10 to 15 minutes. After some fail tries every 20 minutes they only stays not yet you need to wait. It tooks me an hour finally to pick up my pizza. Conditions at the place are really bad. I called costumer service during my staying and I will try to contact Health departament and the county in order to summit a formal claim. There is no way that a place can operate like this. Also many people at the place upset because order issues. Contact support says somebody will contact to me with in 3 days. I hope some inspector sudenly go to that place and close it down becuse they are with a lot of violations at that place, the workers really bad team on 7/2/2020 evening shift. I will do all possible in order they fix the situation. I do have pictures tjat i took in order to show violations that I will eventually will show to the right person.I sugest be aware of places like this place 13715 nw 7 ave, N. Miami,Fl, 33168.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I am highly disappointed in the service I received from this location. First I placed an online order for delivery for a medium meat lover and wings which totaled 31.78, which was outrageouslu high. But Since my vehicle is in shop I had no choice. The deliver driver placed the pizza on my front porch after knocking on door which I answered “coming” and no wings. The pizza was already cold but I was outrageous that someone with common sense do not put food on the ground that someone has to eat. I called and complaint and spoke with manager Gino and stated they dont give out refunds I would gave to bring the pizza back to location. I will never oder or ear anything from this place again.

I just picked up my pizza and noticed that 1 of the 2 women preparing the pizzas had no gloves on. I asked the cashier and she pointed to the manager. When I asked the manager why one of the women preparing the pizzas had no gloves on, she was aggressive and asked me to leave the store. It was a simple question and just needed a simple answer. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I will drive the 3 miles to Steve’s instead. Bye.
