I absolutely love ordering the yeast rolls and potato skins from Logan’s Roadhouse. Every time I bring it home, I finish it all — it’s just that good! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor.
This is honestly the best local restaurant I’ve been to. The manager, Marcie, is incredibly warm and welcoming. She makes every visit feel special and truly cares about the customers.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and great service!

Came in last night had the steak and shrimp combo it was delicious! The food came out in a timely fashion even though it was busy. My server Melanie took great care of me. She was very attentive and super polite, highly impressed. I will definitely be coming back and will be asking for Melanie when I do.

I order from Logan’s at least twice a week. It’s one of my daughter’s favorites. Tonight, they left out my daughter’s salad. I called and spoke to Jessica. She said if we come back tonight, we can get it. It’s dark outside and my oldest daughter has a hard time driving in the dark. We are across town. I asked if she could put it down in the book for later. She said I’m in the book to not replace the food because I’ve called too many times. And I’m the only one that has complaints. I told her, that’s a lie because even the waitresses there have said things to me about how they have messed up on orders. So she doesn’t want to put me in a book but come back tonight to get the salad her employees left out. I told her, that thought process is ignorant. We haven’t called in a while. And they have mixed us up in their book in the past. Now my daughter is back up there get g the salad they left out. The to go waitress is rude. And they have messed up another order which involves a salad. Imagine that! But I’m the only one that calls and has issues? It’s not the customers fault Jessica’s staff is incompetent and messing up orders. That’s 2 in less than an hour tonight. I left a message for Jessica’s manager (if she didn’t lie about that part since she’s not looking too honest at this point) and also contacted corporate. Don’t treat loyal customers that help put a roof over your head like that. Oh and my older daughters food was cold. My bowl of soup was half empty and lukewarm. But I didn’t complain about that.
Btw, check your salad. I found a dead ladybug in my 7 yr olds salad from Logan’s!

I enjoyed the meal, however, I think they can work on their to go area. The food was ready, but we waited about 15 minutes before my husband finally got out of our vehicle to go into the area to get our food. However, it clearly states to stay in your car for your orders. You can clearly see the orders when you arrive. Had he not gone in, how long would the order sat there before somebody would have came out with it.

The potato skins were 6/10 and were the best thing we ordered.
The burger was so soggy upon arrival (3/10) and it really made the burger not as delicious as it could’ve been. This immediately set the tone for the rest of the meal. The Mac n cheese was cold and had no flavor. It tasted like boxed Mac.
The rib eye sandwich was so plain and tasteless I was so disappointed ☹️ the meat was more rare than I would’ve liked (I ordered medium rare) but it had no flavor. The sandwich was a total bust 2/10.
I had high hopes for this restaurant and was disappointed at the food.

The Carters had an amazing time at Logans. Logan used to be one of our favorite restaurants to visit for Family dinner on Sunday.
Unfortunately, in Memphis Tn, all of the locations have closed, and the closed location is in Nashville Tn (Over three hours away).
When we saw they had a Logans in Sumter it was no question where we were going to eat dinner. I don’t remember the rolls being that big and delicious. They are a must-see at this location.

I can’t believe they feed people this food. absolutely disgusting. none of my food was edible, i also asked for dressing on the side everything was wet and gross. My T-bone steak was all fat and chewy. there is absolutely no standards in this restaurant
