I’m in town twice each year for a few days. For at least 2 of those days, every year, I go out of my way to visit this place and get breakfast with my group. Its been a favorite for all of us, I order the cinnamon roll french toast every single time and never have any regrets. Some of the hostesses remember us now and ask us if we’re in town for the same thing as last time, gives a very homey and personal feeling to the diner. Generally a short wait to get in longer the later you go, with a small place like this thats so good, I’m not suprised and we wait every time. Everyone we’ve ever taken has loved the food, my only complaint ever was one guy got the extra side of bacon for $6.00 and it was only 2 strips of bacon. Outside of that, every experience has been positive. Family friendly, sweet little place, not great for groups larger than 8 or so. Call well ahead if you’re intending that. You have to have your entire party there when you get on the wait list so they can see everyone is asking for the tables they need.

Fast paced, always people enjoying there food. Staff are friendly and inviting. Food is just as if you sat down at your kitchen table and cooked breakfast(breakfast is always what I get) dont have to wait long. Clean environment, bathrooms are on point very clean. 1st time eating at a Kitchen Table Cafe. We had great service. I ordered Ham Benedict, delicious. My friend ordered the Hash and eggs, it was served with hashbrowns and a piece of French toast with blueberry. Thus was a positive dining experience.

This place as gone down hill pretty quick, we used to be regularly at this location, as well as ordering online, the last 4 times out experience at this restaurant had been terrible, I don’t know if they changed management or what happened over the last month or maybe 2 months , service is slow, not attentive to costumers anymore, everyone seems lost in there, this has been or dinning in experience so we started ordering take out, last time we got the wrong order, I order 4 items and instead got 2 plates that I didn’t even order, I called about 10 times and they never picked up the phone , I had to reorder my food again through the delivery service because kitchen table never even picked up the phone, it was a hassle! Again I have them another chance and order take out, the French toast that was close to $20 dlls came plane, no butter or powder sugar or anything on it. It’s sad to see one of my favorite spots has gone downhill so quickly, I have giving them many chances but today was the last time. Something strange is happening to this location. I called to try to speak to the general manager but I’m told she never handles phone calls from costumers? Why ? Maybe she knows what’s going on and doesn’t want to deal with it ? I spent over $100 today in food to be disappointed yet again .

Fantastic option all day round! Came midday on a Monday and had wonderful service and some of the most delicious food. I got a “keep it simple” — you pick three options from a huge list of breakfast foods. Everything at the table was well received, from the omelette to the cinnamon roll pancakes to the cheeseburger.
Reasonably priced, quick service, clean and comfy place. Will be back the next time I’m in Vancouver!

What a nice place to have a comfort food breakfast, great tasting hash browns perfectly cooked with crispy edges, I asked for real scrambled eggs which they had no problem making.
The breakfast was great tasting and quickly made.
Staff is pretty young and surprisingly very attentive and very nice compared to other places. Kitchen Table has the family owned and run feel.
I highly recommend this place to have a good morning coffee and breakfast!

This was our first time here. The food was good but a little bland. The coffee was really good. Our server was excellent. Also lots of bussers keeping tables clean. The tables are kind of close together so be ready to sit with your neighbor.
All in all a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast. I want to go back for some pumpkin pancakes.

I ordered the Apple Pie French Toast Combo.
It was perfect. Not overly sweet, my over-medium eggs were perfectly cooked, bacon crispy. Just the right amount of food for me. 🙂
The service was excellent – just the right amount of attentiveness without being overbearing.
Even though the place was packed, I never felt rushed.
The paying at the table is a nice touch for a homey style place.

Are waitress was friendly and it didn’t take long before or food arrived. When I first bite into my mushroom swish burger, I bit into something hard mostly a bone . The food was not really impressive. I did like the strawberry lemonade though but that was it. My daughter was disappointed in her chicken burger as will.
