I love this location because they are fast and the food Is always fresh . When I got home me and my wife started eating and noticed how hard and dry the rice was. We couldn’t enjoy it how we want too because of that. I just want them to pay more attention to how they cook things for now on. Whoever ate this batch of rice as well can tell you how hard and dry it was. That’s why I rate it what I rate it cause this the first time this happened to us.

Just ordered from there and they didn’t even give me the right sauces nor amount. Receipt says 4 pineapple rum sauces and 4 bbq. I asked specifically for bbq and guava bbq and just got straight bbq. Not only that the cook didn’t even include the pork for the Caribbean trio. And my salad came with yellow rice when I asked for white. What the hell is going on over there ? The cashier didn’t even look like he wanted to be there. This is so ridiculous , save your time and your money and avoid coming here.

Don’t dare to request a delivery from here, I’ve had wait here a couple of times already for 20 minutes for deliveries here, first time I received the food after waiting so long that I was about to leave due to excessive wait time and second time I waited and never received nothing, staff seemed unaware and inattentive, I asked them about my order and didn’t even flinched wow no answers

What a great location if you’re in the mood to talk to an arrogant, disrespectful, incompetent and problematic manager that’ll try to not only steal your money but not even provide the food you paid for! Nice going to the Manager Johnathan, that not only me but other people in the store knew he was in the wrong and told him so, but he felt like he had all the power in the world just because of his position. Really hope the employees are treated better than the customers are at this point.

Ate here because someone gave me a BOGO card for free. Stopped eating here long ago because of the long wait and salt content of the grilled chicken, my go-to choice. I pass this location almost daily on my commute, always a snake line of cars. Not a garden snake long, python long. PT definitely over-rated, however, it’s convenient enough for those who do not wish to or know how to cook I guess. Two cars were at the drive thru as I waited to turn onto the driveway from 441, it took about 15 minutes for me to receive my order. The mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and delicious. I can’t comment on the chicken because the chicken quarter was so small, it was more like a chicken nickel. Scrawny. The slaw was tasty and the roll was a roll. It took longer to get the food then it took to eat the food. Not worth the wait. Will only return to exhaust my BOGOs.
