This restaurant was outstanding at everything until about 6 to 8 months ago, unsure if they changed management. However, I am primarily a mobile order person, and food timelines and quality have gone down for those orders noticeably. English muffins not toasted, order is taking 15 minutes when restaurant is marginally busy, making curbside pick up logistically farther away (food now in opposite corner of restaurant, etc. it’s a shame, hope they get it back together.

Came to this chic filer hoping it was better than n carefree and Barnes which has fallen into an abyss. This one sucks, got my ordered wrong. No other way to put it, it’s not the same since the new ownership bought the franchises in the springs. Ownership needs to take a hard look at the management and employees, I used to eat chic filet 3-5 times a week, now you’d have to pay me to eat at any in the springs. The chic filets in Denver make you realize it’s just the springs. Get it together, beyond constantly getting orders wrong the food is below par ever time. Ontop of the poor food, the service is beyond below chic filet standard and while dining you hear employees chatting about how terrible the store is and wanting to quit. perfect five-star rating across the board. They never cease to amaze me at how much they operate like a well-oiled machine. they’re so fast, you can barely keep up as the customer. I tried the North carefree and powers location at first and granted they have the crappiest parking lot, but they were at a standstill in the drive-thru so I left and ran over to Dublin and was in and out in 4 minutes. I had to let the employee know they are the best in the springs. there’s just no doubt about that. stupendous service EVERY TIME. fast, never missing anything, friendliest staff, and clearly amazing management.

Very fast and efficient. They really take customer service to the next level. When I walked in, the staff acknowledged my presence, a smile and eye contact with a greeting. I didn’t wait very long for my order. What I did noticed is they had a very large staff moving at a very coordinated and smooth pace. Kudos to the staff and management.

Today i was at Chick-fil-a and I was very excited to get my ice cream and go. Instead it took over 6 minutes to get my ice cream and everyone was looking around while my ice cream was sitting there and melting. Luckily, this beautiful young lady named “ Asher” helped me out and had very good customer service towards me. She reassured me of my ice cream and made sure a fresh one was made instead of the old, yucky, melting one. I’m highly impressed by her customer service and leadership skills. She needs a Raise!

I am disappointed with the service I received today. The delivery driver Dustin was great and got my meal to me pretty quickly. (He was also very kind and apologetic when he came back with my replacement item.) However as I was eating my sandwich I noticed my chicken was still a bit pink. It was honestly a bit off putting however I do understand this may happen sometimes unintentionally, I used to work at Chick-fil-A myself. I decided to call the store to let them know of this and Kylie was a bit rude with her response. She said she believed me but then proceeded to say that they check the temperature of the chicken and should have received 20+ more phone calls, since they cook the chicken in batches, if it was a bad batch or not safe for consumption. If that was her way of trying to assure me or make me feel better, it didn’t and rather just rubbed me wrong. I told her I had taken pictures as well and I was not trying to trick them. The phone interaction was quite uncomfortable and awkward however, I do appreciate the offer to replace the item with something else. I still probably will not be ordering from this location again.

Took 2.5 hours to get a delivery order that was quoted at 45 minutes max!!! Phone number is disconnected.
Delivery is more expensive than in store!! What a scam. There already is a $4 Delivery fee!! What a crudy business. Why do they need to charge extra on top of the delivery fee?! DO NOT SUPPORT.
CFA charges a flat delivery fee plus ~23% increase to every food item when CFA is doing the delivery. It’s not even a flat percentage.

Just don’t bother going after 9pm. You’ll get half of what you asked for, the thermal paper on the sandwich box will be completely black from sitting under a heat lamp long enough to make the bread hard. It’s just not chic fil a after dark.

The benches and table were left a mess. I politely asked someone at the register if we could get someone to clean it. He said “ok” but then said he couldn’t find anyone, despite there being about 4 people behind him. We ended up taking the cleaning bottles and rag we found on a table and cleaning it ourselves. The whole time, employees walked by and no one bothered to help. Completely unacceptable!
