I wanted to share my experience from my visit to your location on Saturday night. When I received my order, my fries were undercooked. I returned to the drive-thru to politely let the employee know, and a woman possibly a manager, wearing a gray sweater came over to speak with me.

At first, I genuinely thought she was coming over to apologize or simply correct the issue. Instead, she told me she could only replace the fries with a small because “half the bag was empty.” She repeated this point several times, as if I were trying to return food dishonestly. For clarity, I had only eaten two fries—and both were undercooked.

Her tone made me feel accused and dismissed rather than helped. It was surprising and disappointing, especially coming from Chick-fil-A, a place known for its hospitality and customer care.

What should have been a simple quality concern turned into an uncomfortable and unnecessary interaction. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the store manager, as this was unacceptable and far from the service. She should have apologized and gave me what I asked for rather than lamenting and accusing me about the french fries being eaten and also she told me about how customers come and return food, highly inappropriate and that definitely needs to be addressed.

5 stars for 5 reasons

1. Great food! Tenders were delicious, fresh and warm.

2. Chick fil A sauce is one of my favorite condiments out there! Always goes really well with the sandwich and fries!

3. Hands down best waffle fries out there! Fresh!

4. Greeted by workers and always good customer service!

5. Price is reasonable! And food came out quickly!

I’m torn on this Chick-fil-A location. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and comes with a small indoor play area for kids that my daughter loved. On the other hand, staff were very slow and confused. For the first time ever at a Chick-fil-A, they were thrown off when I ordered a multigrain bun with no butter. In the end, they gave me a gluten free bun with butter. It tasted horrible and fell apart immediately.

I just want to say thank you for them for taking their time to deliver us great food. There were many impatient customers and that a lot of times messes people up, but they stayed poised and did what they had to do through the many impatient customers so I thank yall for the great customer service

Super fast service, really friendly employees! I got my order and realized I forgot to ask for lettuce, tomatoes and cheese but they were happy to accommodate a late addition. Parking is kind of tight but manageable, came at an off hour (3pm on Tuesday) but there was still a decent amount of people there.

They’ve done a lot to improve the drive-through experience compared to 2 years ago, which was atrocious. Though I ate inside and did not use drive-through, it looks like it was better
managed than before, possibly because COVID has ended and people are more comfortable heading indoors to place and pick up orders vs using the drive-through exclusively.

Food wise it’s consistently good, as expected of every Chick-fil-A.

Inside, it’s very clean, and when I was there I saw team members constantly cleaning to make sure everything was spotless.

My kids loves the fact that the play area is now open. lt’s a nice touch and a reminder that COVID is officially behind us.

They have a basket close by to the exit for unused condiments which is such a smart thing to do. Glad to see they are trying to be as sustainable as possible and cutting down waste.

Excellent service, although they need to work on making the correct food. My daughter and I, passed by the drive through today and ordered a chicken biscuit. We requested they put cheese on it, and they gave us a normal chicken biscuit with no cheese like we had asked. The young hispanic lady at the window was very nice and understanding about it and gave us the correct sandwich with no problems. Will see about visiting again.

The worst Chick Fil A I have been to.
You need to double check your app and your credit card charges because at this location they will not scan your app and overcharge you.

I had to call their customer service # to try to get a resolution which made my experience even worse.

My initial complaint was that I was charged for an item that should have been free according to the app. The free item was to expire on the day i went.
My iced coffee wasnt cold and it was not made they way I ordered it at the drive thru.
When I called their #, I told them what type of remedy I was seeking. ( my money back to my card)
2 weeks goes by and nothing. No email, no text, or call to address my concern.
3rd call to corp, and the lady was very apologetic and says she will put my complaint through. All I wanted was a credit back to credit card for the over charge and my messed up drink.

I then get a call from “Gina”
From the beginning she was very condescending and borderline argumentative. Saying rudely well you need to have them scan your app ( they did) 2x.
Telling me that they put free items in my app. How was I to know that they were doing that? CFA does a lot of promos and puts free food in the apps. An email stating a remedy is being offered even though I would decline. If your overcharge you shoud get your money back. Especially since that free item expired on the day I that I went.

Gina had my complaint completely wrong. She never apologized for the over charge or my messed up order. I never got any emails or calls. Im not sure if she was the store manager or the district manager. If she is, thats a concern and she should be retrained on basic customer service.
Their drive thru is very chaotic in the morning. They dont add the condiments as you requested. And no napkins??
My suggestion is double check your order, and go elsewhere. So many better breakfast options in the area. And im sure their mgmt won’t take over 2x to get back to you.

Every time I order a drive-thru, there is a problem. Either the food is not ready or there is a missing item or something no fork for salad. Today they had to start making Mac cheese AFTER I got the window. Extremely disappointed.
