A friend and I went to this OG for a late lunch.
She has Chicken Alfredo w Broccoli. I ordered the Angel hair pasta w Mushroom Alfredo, added grilled chicken and broccoli to mine
We also had the salad and ordered dessert to go.
The woman who seated us was very kind and she seated us at a table, not a booth, as requested. There weren’t many people in the restaurant as it was 230pm.
Our waitress was delightful, helpful and kind.
When ordering the salad we requested onions on the side. They were cut in such large chunks, my friend had to cut them down to use them in her salad!
The bread sticks were not even warm.. they were stale and hard.
Out came pasta after 23 mins.
To say it was dry… Was an understatement! Before the waitress had left us, we showed her there was no sauce on the pasta. She insisted there was, that they put a scoop of sauce on it.
You can see in the pictures there is no sauce. We requested more sauce on the side for each of us. Mine had mushrooms, hers did not.
The waitress returned about 5 minutes later w 2 dishes w our extra sauce in each. They had roughly 1 tablespoon of sauce in each dish. She also brought me regular Alfredo and not the mushrooms kind.
Idk … It was sauce!
She left us both wondering what was going on. Soon a shift manager approached us to see how everything was. We explained to her that our dishes arrived to us w no.. or at best Very Little sauce!
I told her, I get it, the pasta may have absorbed the sauce some… But this was more than that.
I showed her the “extra” sauce we were given and asked her if she felt that was an acceptable amount of extra sauce. She replied, it’s better than none at all and we didn’t charge you for it! Good thing!
She truly didn’t care one bit! She was doing her JOB.. (Just Over Broke) going to tables asking how things were and dismissing people!
When the waitress came back I had asked for more mushroom sauce.. she came back w the sauce. And if you know anything about Alfredo sauce, you know when it breaks and what it looks like!
Here is how the conversation went…
That sauce is broken..
Yeah I saw that too.
Don’t ya have any sauce that isn’t broken?
No, it’s the end of the month and near the end of the month the sauce gets that way!
What??? Y’all don’t make the Alfredo sauce fresh… Like daily…
No we make big batches and use it all month.
So when was this sauce made?
Idk, I couldn’t tell ya.. I just work here as a waitress!
WOW! Ok, thanks.

What a shitty thing to do to your customers Olive Garden! You serve sauces that were made weeks ahead of time!
I have included the pictures of only my food. As for my friend, it’s her story to tell if she should choose to do so!!

What a sorry, pitiful restaurant! To serve old food like that! For the employees to have no care or concerns for public safety!
I will be sure to share my experiences w anyone who wants to listen. I have pictures to back it up!

It was date night with my husband. As always, the salad, breadsticks, and food was great. I got the 6oz sirloin medium rare with fettuccine. The steak was cooked to perfection. Hubs got lazagne and soup. A small corner of the bottom of his lazagne was burnt but no big deal. I don’t think he was able to eat the whole thing anyway, lol.
Or server started out strong, and was on top of everything, but then she disappeared and we needed boxes, extra sauce(when reheated, it loses some sauce) and to pay our bill. (I forgot we could use the little kiosk to pay it ) The server taking care of the table next to us noticed and took care of us as well. We tipped our server but a portion of hers went to the other server as well.

Service was great, everyone was really friendly. The food was very good. The kids split a mozzarella stick appetizer, and i got the artichoke dip appetizer. However, my son didn’t care much for the ravioli he got. He took it home in a to-go container. My daughter reheated it at home and said that the ravioli was lacking- they were cheese ravioli and she said that they didn’t really have flavor to them, like no seasoning- it just had cheese in them and the cheese wasn’t that flavorful. I didn’t try them, so I am not sure. I had chicken marsala and the chicken gnocchi soup, which was really great. My daughter got the chicken Alfredo, and she said it was good. Both my kids ate up the breadsticks. My son got the black tie mouse cake, I didn’t get a picture, but he really enjoyed it. We had stopped in for dinner on the way home from vacation. It was a lot of food and we had plenty to take home.
They do have vegetarian meal options, but we didn’t try any of them.
Plenty of seating, tables, booths, and seats at the bar, we sat at a table.

Caroline is an amazing waitress! Her personality is great, constant checking in, refilling drinks and bread in timely manner. It’s nice to have a waitress that laughs and really nice! Hopefully management sees this and rewards her! Not very many like that anymore!

We ordered take out tonight. The food was good but the portions are so small for what you pay! We paid $50 for 2 Steak Gorgonzola dinners that only had 5 small pieces of steak. As much as I like Olive Garden, I will not be ordering again.

We went to Olive Garden for lunch and it was very nice. My spouse got the lunch special, endless soup and salad, and I got the five cheese zeti. Our food was hot and flavorful. My zeti was a little dry but still tasted good. Our server Natasha G. was awesome. She was quick to refill soup, drinks, and bread. The restaurant was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to bring your family or just a lunch date.

The service was very slow. It was not the best service compared to other Olive Garden we’ve been to. Food is amazing as always though.

I usually enjoy Olive Garden, but this visit was extremely disappointing. Our server, Brian, was careless and inattentive the entire time. We had to ask multiple times just to get the items we ordered, and instead of checking on us, he spent more time stopping to chat with other people. It felt like we were completely ignored. The lack of attention and poor service made the whole experience very unpleasant. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at Olive Garden — very unsatisfied with the service.
