Came in tonight to dine in. My husband ordered two drinks which legally can. They told him no that they would have to see my id. When I came back from the bathroom the server Maddie asked me if I wanted a drink. I told them I only have a photo of my id (I lost mine and am going to the BMV tomorrow morning) the server Maddie said she would ask the manager, Courtney, if that would be acceptable. She told the manager that I had asked to speak to her (I hadn’t) and she came over all hot and heavy and asked us if we had a problem. I said there’s no problem. She said I heard there was a problem with a photo id. I said can I use my photo id? She said no. I said okay. She said well I was told you wanted to speak to a manager. I said no I never asked to speak to a manager. She said Ohhhkkaaay and walked away. The server came back and I asked why she told the manager I wanted to speak to her when I never asked to speak to her. She said I “wasn’t taking no for an answer” so she asked her manager to come over when in all reality I didn’t even ask to order a drink to begin with, or push the issue further. I simply asked if a photo id was okay. So then my husband tried to order 2 drinks to go and food to go. She refused us service and brought the check for the appetizer and my husband’s one drink. There is no reason a customer should ever be met with such unprofessionalism. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen from any manager at any establishment. Will not be back.

I love this place! Bartenders (Dani, Megan, and Lauren) are literally the best! Servers (Summer, Jasmine, and Haeli) also amazing! Food is awesome! I love coming here, everyone makes me happy!

Food was extremely expensive and not even good. I ordered boneless wings with garlic cheese bread. Staff was extremely nice. But the food was substandard at best. Definitely notworth $25 I spent here. I had the flavor of a Smith/Kroger, Albertsons, Walmart, truck stop deli…. not great at all. Definitely a one and done and I definitely will not be returning.

Stopped in for lunch on a work trip, great service even with a crowd. Pizza was really good, wings are giant, (typically don’t like jumbo sized wings) but had great flavor. Edit: came back a few more times while in town. Food and service top notch!!

Their boneless wings used to be the best but the quality has really taken a nosedive. I don’t know what happened if they lost a good cook or what but the last 3-4 months they are overdone every time. Can’t eat half the wing because it’s not even chewable. I will have to try the grove city location next time. I always get take out and staff is always friendly.

Absolutely wonderful place to go out to eat with the family or friends. Plenty of TVs to watch whatever sport or game you’re wanting. Food is wonderful within this franchise alone so even when I do just carry out I’m never disappointed with my experience.

First time here to this location and this chain of restaurant the bone-in chicken that I got was absolutely disgusting tasted bad waste of money I wouldn’t come back here after how bad that tasted! Yuck the only thing that was good was the fried mushrooms overall wouldn’t come back service was subpar prices were decent but there’s better places out there than this for wing’s in my opinion.
