I’ve had a few issues at this location over the years, which is to be expected anywhere. However, what I encountered 2/4/26 is the worst of anywhere I’ve ever been (not just restaurants, but in any customer service situation). I will NEVER be back and I’m sharing my experience with everyone I know. I’ve always worked customer service (as a low level employee and management), so I know it’s beyond difficult sometimes and because of that, I let a lot of negative experiences go. Not this time. They better train their employees (especially managers) how to do their jobs and how to treat people.
The really strange thing is that (I’m almost positive) the same franchise owner has the St. John restaurant and that location is usually pretty good.

Ordered a chicken wrap with no sauce, add honey mustard. Was told they didn’t have any so I asked if they had any for their nuggets they could put in there. And they said yes but I still had to have ranch or spicy sauce on the wrap??? So I said fine, ranch. They gave me a chicken strip on a tortilla shell. And the sweet tea was not only unsweetened but tasted horrible.

I purchased food thru the McDonalds App. Arrived and gave my code. Clerks said the had no order with code, had to place a new order and pay again. I showed the clerk at the window the App with the paid receipt that showed the correct location and then the manager, she then charged me and told me I had to file a claim with corporate.
I filed a claim and they kick the can down the road with vague emails stating they are looking into it and then deny it saying no response.

Food is bad and overpriced. (Follow up) my dudes like half the country has been telling yall that your food and prices suck. I can go to Texas Roadhouse and get a better burger and fries for the same price as your crappy food. Wake up and do something about it

McDonald’s, it’s a “weekend taste” for us. This cafe was reminiscent of McDonald’s in our country! Clean, cozy, young beautiful staff! Good serve! Thank you! How home I was!

So I pulled up to the drive-through around 6 PM on January 13 Monday night and I said clearly that I wanted a value meal number one and then I waited before I decided on which drink I wanted. I said I’ll take an unsweet tea. He said what size?, I said, “medium.” I pulled up to pay and I thought it was strange because I thought I heard the guy take my card say $1.13. I thought at that point that I must’ve misheard him. I pulled up and they handed me my unsweet tea. I waited for my big Mac and French fries. The girl looked at me as she was probably wondering why I was waiting. I said I ordered a big Mac. She asked me to pull forward. Shortly Afterward a woman brought me a bag. I asked her are my fries in there too. She said, “yes.” I got home, no fries and this is what I found. It was disgusting. I don’t think I’ll be back to McDonald’s for a while.

We just ordered drive thru there. The lady in front was nice, however, they messed up our entire order. We ordered Happy Meals with no chicken nuggets, Double Cheeseburger #7 and the picture shown is clearly not and its off the dollar menu. The other workers behind the main lady in front were in the back yelling that the order was right. We paid extra for these meals and they got the order all wrong and then yelled that it was right.They also didn’t give us the chocolate milk for the Happy Meal. We will not be going back there. Very disappointing. Drive thru is fast food but shouldn’t be a rush to get it all wrong

This is a double quarter pounder with cheese. Some employee opened the box that literally says double quarter pounder all over it and places this burger in there. I’m not even sure how you can screw that up.

When you close down more than an hour early to have your entire parking lot resurfaced, the least you can do is TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERS. This isn’t the first screw up I’ve had with this store (more like the 20th), and it won’t be the last.
Best response I ever had was when the DM was in store, and that was very lackluster. If the town didn’t freakin shut down at 9-10pm it wouldn’t be so bad.

the manager anna was very rude and unprofessional. my husband was asked why he was being difficult for asking a question about a meal. the other employees there said multiple people complain about her everyday and she is also rude to them as well.
