The beef and chicken doner kebabs I ate were the best I’ve ever had in my life; they were amazing! My new friend recommended them, and they were delicious and very cheap.

Food is pretty authentic Turkish cuisine. Service is ok. But cleanliness is an issue they must address. Many times we have seen broom being placed near eating area. A few times dirty utensils been kept at the tables. Make sure you check everything before you eat. Seems like cleanliness is not their priority. I wanted to give them one star for just this, but food is good so some score for that.

I can’t get enough of Sultan — it’s SO good!! I got their lamb baythi, feta rolls, garlic fries, beef shawarma plate, and beef shish plate (not pictured). The feta rolls were super yummy, and the beef shish plate was unbelievably juicy and packed with flavor. The shawarma was amazing too. Definitely one of my favorite places!

We ate at Sultan’s for the first time.
Really enjoyed the food, cleanliness, atmosphere and the wonderful staff. I never leave a review right after I used a service, but this one I couldn’t resist not doing that right away.
Delicious chicken showerma with jasmine rice, fresh salad, and creamy tasty hummus. Also, the lamb salad was great and wholesome.
I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

One of the best Mediterranean foods I have had so far. This place is amazing. From the ambience to the food to dessert it’s worth it to visit every once in a while. I love the setup and process here where you order first like at a fast food restaurant and then get to your table where it’s delivered. We ordered the chicken and salmon dishes. Both came with salad, fresh hummus (this was the best hummus of my life yet) and pita, meat and side sauce. I did not use the side sauce at all – which tells how flavorful the meat and the salad and the hummus itself was. Both meats were tender and juicy. The hummus was not at all dry and so the pita bread. Salad was delicious. While on the way out I saw the tempting desserts in the front cafe and could not resist so ended up trying the carrot and the chocolate baklava. Amazing !!! Will definitely be back once in a while.

Delicious mediterranean food in a casual setting. You order at the counter but the food is brought to your table.

Best Mediterranean food I ever had. I was driving through this area and decided to stop at this place for late lunch. We ordered two chicken shawarma plate and falafel wrap. Its was so good with a big portion of salad. For dessert we ordered 3 plates of Walnut and pistachios baklava and that was great too. Highly recommend this spot

I have previously praised this restaurant for its delicious Turkish food, which stands out even after years of living in the Bay Area. Naturally, I was excited to return. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a surprising and disappointing experience. I asked for a refill of their delicious tea, not implying that I wouldn’t pay if it was required, but the waiter responded seriously with a firm ‘no refill.’ This response felt disrespectful, especially since other Turkish restaurants I’ve visited have always been generous with tea refills and polite service. While the food and the rest of the staff remain excellent, this one negative interaction was quite unexpected.

The seating area is large and there is outside seating too. Would have been great if they cleaned the tables well, after a guest left.
The food was good. The varieties are interesting. It was helpful to see a visual representation of all the menu items on top of the counter.
They also had multiple options of turkish delight. Picked up a few and it tasted great.

The staff seemed polite although i found myself waiting to be attended at the counter even though there were multiple staffs around just running around doing something else. Much better experience if there is someone fixed at the counter helping customers.

My family likes Shawarma from Sultan Kebab and I ordered a few times from this place. I like the food but service, especially pick up process needs to be improved in my opinion. Today, my order seems to be stolen by somebody and I needed to wait for additional 30 minutes to get my order. Among many, 1. employees don’t seem to care why someone is standing in the restaurant and looking at them. I saw guys looked at me and smiled at me back but I am not there enjoying looking at their faces. I am waiting for my order and I already told my name. The guy standing by pick up shelf keeps changing and they don’t seem to remember my name. When new order is delivered, the employee by the table asked the first guy for his name but stoped there. I was the guy but he didn’t ask me. Basically, customer needed to actively remind name to get order. When one person is standing, fine. When multiple persons standing, nightmare. In Mother’s Day, there were many waiting for their order and I saw guy asking if that’s his order, but he was standing a bit far, walked up to ask if it’s his order, other customers were very upset thinking this guy is cutting the line, raised his voice, and gave sarcastic comment, as if he is going to start the fight. Hall is small but too many waiting. 2. Location of pick up table is not ideal. Customers waiting for their order tends to block pathway to table and kitchen. Because of this, waiting customers need to keep moving back and forth. Very very chaotic. I don’t like if owner of this restaurant try to give impression that this restaurant is very busy. Then he is successful. I needed to bump up other customer as employee push cart toward me and I needed to move then hit other guys shoulder unfortunately. Why not, place one employee handle all pick up order? Then order won’t be stolen. I saw one bug left on table ordered only salad. I suspect that’s order of the guy stole my order. Today is his lucky day. My order is big. Much bigger than salad he originally ordered.
