One employee when I got there at the front. She is wonderful. Menudo is always good.
I came back on Saturday January 17 2026 and got Beef Chimichanga and Menudo, Menudo is always good. Beef Chimichanga plate was good, plenty of rice, been and Chimichanga was disappointing, tasty but very little Beef plenty of onions and bell peppers in it and it was wrapped with HUGE tortilla. 5% Beef, 10% bell pepper, % 15% onion and 70% tortilla. I don’t recommend Beef Chimichanga. Service was really good.
Taco Tuesday. Two beef tacos for $5.38 include sales tax.

We just got into Mesa and wanted a quick bite. We like Filibertos so off we went for some fish tacos and a carne asada burrito. Neither item disappointed so our cravings were satisfied.

I’ve had the opportunity to perform services for this Filiberto’s on a regular basis, and I can confidently say this restaurant is consistently clean and well maintained. I truly wish more restaurants held themselves to the same sanitation standards as this location, it really stands out.
Manager Araceli is always friendly, helpful, and professional, which makes every visit a great experience. You can tell she takes pride in how the restaurant is run.
As a customer, my go-to order is the breakfast burrito, it’s absolutely delicious every time. The rice is also excellent and always cooked just right.
Overall, this Filiberto’s does an outstanding job with cleanliness, service, and food quality. I would definitely recommend it!

So I went into Filiberto’s today, como es taco Tuesday, my husband wanted tacos. Let me tell you guys I’m obsessed with the enchilada sauce. So I went in today got 2 chicken tacos with no lettuce and tons of enchilada sauce and cheese. I felt kind of dumb asking to do that, but I was craving the sauce so bad, y de enchiladas ya estaba hasta el tope! So I asked the señorita there if she could make it how I described it. She kinda went enchilada sauce in your tacos hahahahaha. But without hesitation she curved my appetite. She was also so nice about it. No iso mala cara ni jestos. I will never eat anywhere else Filiberto’s, I’ll stay true to my enchiladas with you guys! #mynewfave

Laura gave us excelent customer service, she’s friendly, courteous, attentive. Brought our meal to our table, asked if we needed anything else. The burritos were super delicious. Thank you for the experience.

This is our favorite spot to grab food! The COWBOY FRIES are amazing they cook them so good! Also the taquitos! The staff is super friendly the lady and the young guy at the drive thru window! Definitely recommend!

Ordered a chicken taco salad. No salad just all chicken in a bowl. The employee was rude and acted like it was a effort. I have never been here before. I will not be back. If you are craving a scrumptious snack at 3 AM, come to this location because they are open 24 hours! The shredded beef rolled tacos and carne asada fries are The Best!! They serve great portions for a reasonable price. Definitely coming back!!
