Came in today about 5pm and had the worst experience I have ever had at Hooters. I am so disappointed in this location today! Our waitress Emily had no care or concern for us or our order. She took our order, came back twice to ask the exact same questions and the entire order came out wrong! She dropped the food to the table and did not ask of we needed anything – we waited over 10 minutes for her to come back by and we had to call her over and let her know our order was wrong and the food was warm at most. I frequent Hooters often, the food is ALWAYS fresh!!! We asked for a manager so we can pay for the fries and cheese sauce that we dug into. The guy came over, did not introduce himself or anything I had to ask him if he was the manager. After explaining what happened he took the food away we no longer wanted and stated he would have a chat with her. No apology for the terrible service or anything! He walked over to her and they began to chat and laugh. All while we are just sitting there waiting for a check so we can pay for what we did eat and leave. After a while Emily came over and asked if we would like to order more food. Not once was there an apology or any remorse for treating us like crap the entire service! I will not return to this location EVER!!!! Black people please be careful, some of them don’t think we are worthy of good service at Hoooters! Sorry but who you hire represents your business and clearly this is okay if the manager was fine with it!

It’s disheartening when you reach out to a company directly about an experience and they don’t even bother to respond. That’s a clear sign that the company isn’t being run properly. A couple of weeks ago, I visited Hooters and ordered a dry rub wing. However, the girl who brought me the wings brought me plain wings instead. I informed our waitress about the mistake, but she insisted that they were seasoned. Having plain wings is undoubtedly the worst experience you could ever have. Regrettably, I won’t be returning to any Hooters for the rest of my life due to this poor experience. If they had reached out to my email, the situation could have been resolved. These days, food is quite expensive, and consumers choose wisely. It’s unacceptable that a company of this size lacks basic customer service.

My wife and I love this place but the service was terrible, we were seated for about 20 to 30 minutes before they got to us to get our order. Three groups of people who got there after us had their order taken and received their food before us. The waitresses didn’t even know who was to be servicing our table. They were talking with each other to figure out who was supposed to be taking our order. Hope our next dine is is serviced better.

I am usually very happy when I get here but today, I was waiting for the waitress for 10 min and no one showed up. I had to talk to the manager to call the server. Well, we have the server who was passing by many times by my table until the Manager told to. She (Gwen) was with the trainee. Minutes later new customers came to the next table and they came in less than a minute. Very disappointed. I always come to this place for 25 years and this was not like that. Thank you
