Well long story short I’ve actually came here for a few years now and this is the only one I come to besides the on broadway cause it’s always packed I’ve never had a problem with this ihop but today I actually order a T- bone steak with eggs with extra sides please be mindful I’ve ate medium rare steak for over 12 years. So when I see shit not right we have a problem I was eating steak and I notice my steak starting tasting foul taste to it I dug in more I notice a lot of more rawness and I was like yea they didn’t cook this right so I tell my server that this steak is way raw!!! So the server got his manager and the manager asked me that. “No that’s medium rare” I looked dead in her eyes and said I’ve been eating medium rare steak for over 12 years I know what I’m talking about. So I highly recommend you to have a someone who actually knows how to do medium rare steak the professional way not the halfass way and try to correct me with my steak I’ve been coming here for years and never have I had a steak this nasty….I had this unacceptable and uncall for this manager to think it was medium rare and was ok to eat this clearly don’t know how to cook hiring someone who doesn’t know anything bout being a culinary art school and how to have someone who’s under certified to cook the steak shame…

One of the most pleasant dining experiences I have had at any of the ihop locations! I was greeted quickly, as if they were expecting me. The food was just fabulous, and quite large serving portions, not just the food was fabulous, but the staff was marvelous also, simply gave me a warm, and welcome feeling, I will most definitely return to to this location again, and will recommend it to all my friends! Will will definitely give the highest compliment there is! Thank you ihop!

The service was very quick and polite. The restaurant is very clean and presentable. The food was the only problem green beans had arrived, still cold frozen, not cooked entirely. The red potatoes were fake mashed potatoes, not real potatoes. Give it a try. Be careful what you order…

I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered my usual 2X2X2, but everything was off. The pancakes were more like dough, and the bacon and ham were burnt and poorly proportioned.
When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she acknowledged the burnt ham and mentioned they had to cook the bacon extra due to customer complaints about it being burnt.
The presentation was terrible; my pancakes were stacked on top of the bacon. I could only eat a couple of bites before my appetite was completely ruined.
I had stopped coming here two months ago due to issues with staff training and food preparation, and it seems things haven’t improved. I won’t be returning any time soon.

Lamont is HANDS DOWN the best waiter! His energy is electric! He’s funny, down to earth, and someone who you can connect with! He has the best recommendations! A plain order turned into a flavorful recipe that you will order from now on. From breakfast to dinner, he has a recommendation for everything! Be sure to ask for him next time!

I will never come to this IHOP again waited in the Lobby for 20 minutes and no one came call the number to see if they were open and the lady told me they were just doing online orders never again will I come here… I don’t know how they say they’re open 24/7. And I don’t know how they say they’re only doing online order when technically there was someone in there eating already…

Waitress was cool laidback the best kind and made an absolutely amazing shake for me. Nobody wants to make shakes I guess to hard whataburger oh machine is down for cleaning McDonald machine down for cleaning middle of the day. So I tried and I actually found a good thick no I’ve used milk shake.

I went to eat there with husband and kids we arrived at 10:20 a.m and the hostess very nice by the way sat us and we waited over 30 minutes until i asked the hostess if anyone was going to help us so she went to get the server. The server was very nice and apologized she said she did not know she had a table, so she took our drink order she came back about 10 minutes later without our drinks and took our food order, she again apologized and said she was going to bring our drinks but she never did. After an hour of being there no drinks no food we just decided to walk away, she could’ve at least brought our drinks

Each experience has been bad. We posted a review last night and ihop took it down. My family was sat down after waiting 10min with hardly no one in there. My kids found hair in food twice. Coffee old. 2nd pot made wasn’t even fresh. Waitress steve wasn’t a very pleasant being. Not patient. Walked past table a few times without taking order, when they were ready. I will not all my fa.ily to eat here anymore

Came in for a late dinner. One table’s order was taken before ours and somehow everyone in the place (3+ other tables) got their food before we did, and when we did get our food about an hour later, most of it was cold and half of it was overcooked. I understand being short staffed and overswamped but this was a little ridiculous. Never have I had an IHOP experience this rough. Not to mention I got home and immediately was feeling sick to my stomach. We spent over $60 for cold overcooked food and a stomach ache.
