Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what Shake Shack is known for—but what really set this location apart was the staff.

Tiera was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Jennifer, the manager, clearly leads by example—you can feel the positive energy and professionalism throughout the entire team. Because of them, this visit stood out and easily made Shake Shack my favorite restaurant experience to date.

Great food is expected. Great people are what make it unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be back.

Im in utter shock actually. The good was great. Always is. It’s the manager i have an issue with. I watched them not only look extremely upset they had to even help me but i watched them treat a fellow employee who was absolute sunshine like total trash. The managers name is Jen. It’s obvious this woman hates her job and has a massive power trip over her employees. I do know the employee who did cater to me is Trans and treating trans people like they don’t matter is actually evil. It’s also a huge lawsuit risk and i told the employee id be happy to help them reach out to someone who can help remedy the treatment there. I work for the courts in Denver. Please find someone who doesn’t make customers and employees feel unworthy for existing. Shake shack is an amazing place and vibes are almost always perfect.

Stopped by Shake Shack RiNo 15 whole minutes before closing, which I now understand is basically the culinary equivalent of committing a war crime. My mistake for assuming the posted hours meant… actual service until closing.

The grill employee responded the only way he knew how: with Olympic-level attitude and a dramatic performance while making my burger. The show included actions that either looked exactly like spitting in my food or were intentionally meant to make me think he did. Hard to say which — and honestly, it doesn’t matter. If your goal is to make customers question their life choices mid-order, congrats, mission accomplished.

Nothing enhances a burger like wondering whether it comes with a side of spite.

If serving customers until close is optional here, maybe put that on the door. Or better yet, have management check in on the closing crew before someone mistakes “fast casual dining” for “passive-aggressive dinner theater.”

I won’t be returning, but thank you for the reminder that sarcasm and pettiness are apparently free toppings at this location.

I had a fantastic time with this Shake Shack. My meal was so satisfying and delicious. I ordered one of their holiday-themed shakes and I loved it! Also, the introduction of their new Hot One’s flavored sandwiches was such a great idea.

Will definitely be returning to the RiNo location soon

Really really solid, i think I might be hooked. Decent prices, good amount of parm on the fries. Tasty shake but I wish it was a real shake and not a whipped shake. Who’s dingaling do a gotta badonkadonk to get the sauce cup filled more than a dribble of the truffle sauce, though?

Best burger ever!!! Gluten free bun doesn’t get soggy like at other places! Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean. Parking can be a little difficult due to area but it’s worth it!

Shake Shack is a fast food overly priced burger. I’ve never had Shake Shack Burgers before this and it was very disappointing. The burger was small, very greasy and the fries were alright. However, I would come back just for a shake because that was very delicious. We ended up paying over $70 for four burgers and drinks!

I added a picture they advertised and what my burger actually looked like.

If we hadn’t ordered a beer, we would’ve have never spoken to anyone. No one said hi, no one said thank you. We got “carded”, but he just said, “y’all are old enough right!?”

They ask for your phone number to text when your order is up. They texted and it it said,” sit tight we are bringing your order to you.” We waited almost ten minutes and finally saw our order just sitting on the counter. No idea how long it was sitting there.

Food was lukewarm at best. Flavor was pretty good. Not even close to worth the price. $50 for two burgers, a soda, a beer, and an order of regular fries.

Do not recommend.

A shack with shakes. Food is good and comes quick.. self serve and order is annoying and cumbersome. Hope we see less of this trend in the future.

Great location on a street closed to traffic. Many people out and about and walking dogs around.

The Korean style sandwich could have been spicier and less sweet.
