First, as I walked in the floor was greasy like I was in their kitchen. They just opened up & it smelt like they had cleaned, but not enough on the floor.
Looking from the outside, I got a different impression. I waited in front for a while…I could hear conversation going on. It wasn’t until someone from the kitchen emerged that he called a lady over. I ordered and waited for my food.
Once I received my food I opened it up and took a bite…the burger was dry, the pulled pork on top was not moist either. The fried pickles were a nice surprise.
I would not recommend this place unless you want to hit up the bar.

Came in for dinner. Sat at the bar and had fast, friendly service. Lindsay was our server and she is always fantastic (she was our server last visit). Very happy with the service and my rack of baby backs were fall off the bone and delicious.

Went on a date night with my husband and had a great time! Our server Chad was amazing! He was very attentive, we always had what we needed before we even had the chance to ask. And the manager David was very kind as well! Great experience overall. We will definitely return! The margaritas were really good too!

I had such a great experience at Smokey Bones thanks to our waiter, Chad. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure we always had what we needed without ever feeling rushed.
Chad’s positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made our meal so much more enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his job and cares about making guests feel taken care of.
If you go to Smokey Bones, definitely ask for Chad. he’s fantastic!

Everyone is so nice and the food is delicious. Service is fast and our waitress Brittney is so sweet and on top of things. We got our food in a good time frame and temperature of food is perfect. She made sure we had our condiments and was on top of our drink refills. She went above and beyond!

I often frequent Smokey Bones. I come in 4 times a month with a group of friends. Always great food! Lately we have been exceptionally satisfied with our waitress, Tonia. Great service is always a bonus that adds to a great dinner. Tonia is always friendly, and welcoming. Always look forward to having her as our waitress!

First time at Smokey Bones and it surpassed all my expectations. Food came out hot and delicious! Ribs were so tended and well seasoned, same with the bourbon chicken. The kitchen over cooked a sausage I ordered and our waitress Kristina took it off of our bill without us needing to ask since we had to wait for it. She also brought out refills when our drinks were half way full, offered boxes at the right time without us waiting around, and was so nice! Will be visiting again soon!

Worst food. Bad service. Sat there for 25 minutes before getting greeted or giving a drink order. Then another 30 minutes passed before the appetizer come out then waited another 45 minutes for our real food to come out. It was bland and definitely old.
