Went for dinner tonight and had a really nice time. Our waitress Rainy was amazing! She took such good care of us! She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely request her when we return! The food was delicious also! Our entire visit was amazing!

We had a fantastic experience at Outback Steakhouse today! From the moment we were seated, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, but what truly made our visit exceptional was our server/bartender, Kye.
Kye was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She checked in at just the right moments, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything came out perfectly.

Our food was delicious, but Kye’s hospitality is what really set the night apart. It’s rare to come across service that feels both genuine and effortless, and Kye absolutely delivered that. We left feeling well taken care of and already looking forward to our next visit.

Highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for Kye if you want exceptional dining experience.

I had a friend pick me up a half pound cheeseburger while she was there. I liked the burger yet it wasn’t put together correctly. A huge pile of pickles in one place (not spread out) and the lettuce was mostly spiny and inedible. I would expect a bit more attention to detail when spending $16 for a damn burger.

Had an excellent time with my wife. Drinks were good. Dinner was even better. She got the chicken on the barby. I got the ribeye with a loaded sweet potato. The service was outstanding! Been here many times, always delicious. Highly recommend

The restaurant was nearly empty and everyone was polite and friendly… everything was good until the steaks came out with a nice big black HAIR on the plate… I flagged down our server who quickly took the steak away …. by the time my table was done eating I was brought another steak and potato …. my appetite was non existent by then… the manager lady came over to the table to tell us she “made adjustments to our bill to reflect the mishap”…. THEY ADDED ANOTHER STEAK DINNER TO THE BILL AND THEN TOOK IT OFF!!!! I HATE being lied to… there’s another Steakhouse right up the road…. after being treated like this I would recommend you try anywhere else first…. if the place can’t handle 5 tables at once without personal hygiene becoming involved they don’t deserve your money… there were employees from the kitchen just wandering around staring at the customers…. but to make it a point to say you adjusted the bill to the restaurants mistake and then try to pull a fast one is straight garbage… two thumbs down….save your money and self- respect

Went theretoday December 4 around2/3 maybe?? My food was stellar and my waitress was beyond amazing. We sat to the right as you come in, we requested, no one else sitting in that section, yet the ladies helping us were on top of every single thing. It was me, my grandbaby and my daughter and her boyfriend, please let our waitress know, she was so good, had I had more money, I would have tipped WAY BIGGER! You are AMAZING!! Thank you for a wonderful experience today, we will be back again, excellent job to everyone from service to kitchen

It was my husband’s birthday he picked this restaurant. It was our first time there and our last… Our waitress seemed not to care for colored people. Clearly she put on a fake smile but her other customers were treated differently. And the manager wellllll when asked to speak to her clearly she was already informed of what I talked to the waitress and she took her side. But food was great. Some of problems…Had to ask for complimentary bread AFTER we received food. While her other 3 tables received bread with they’re drinks and yes they we’re all Caucasian ppl. Had to ask for steak sauce and in pics this what I received that looks like one is used. Glass of lemonade with dinner was NOT FOAMY…cup of to go lemonade was FOAMY and FOAM did not disappear so I left it on table. Just to name few things. Had horrible first visit WILL NOT RETURN!!!

We went on Veterans Day. My husband is a Marine Corps Veteran. I signed us in online because it’s Veterans Day, restaurants are packed. We set the arrival time for 6:30 Pm. We got there at 6:20, checked in at Hostess stand and we were told they would get our table ready. After that, one party right after the other were seated. People were being seated just coming in. We sat there. I again checked with the hostess to find out when we would be seated. We were then seated within a few minutes at about 6:45. I asked for a veteran’s menu. She said she would get one. The people at the table next to us said they would take one too. She never came back. Finally the waitress came over, put the bread on the table and walked away. We had no silverware or napkins. When she came back for our drink order, we asked her for silverware and maybe a napkin. She said they were rolling them. She finally threw some on the table as she walked by. Still hadn’t taken our order. Once she came back to take our order they were out of several things, including the 6 oz that we were both going to order. We got the 8 oz. Aussie 3. Soup, salad and dessert. He got salad, I got soup. French onion soup was good. And came out pretty quickly. But my soup was brought out with a plastic spoon. They were apparently out of spoons. It took a long time for our entrees to come out. Almost an hour. Our glass set empty on the table for a long time. Finally, I went out to the car and got my own pop. When I came back in my husband said she took my glass, left his that needed refilled too. Then she came back, and got his glass and refilled it. When the dinner finally came out, my husband’s was way more rare than he likes. Ordered Medium it came out very rare. Sent it back, and she did bring it back cooked a little more. The steak was ok. But she came back when we were finished and the dessert we would have taken home. By now it’s after 8. But they were out. My husband’s meal was free, so we can’t really complain about that, but I had to pay for mine and the French onion was a 3.99 up charge. So I asked the waitress if they could just take the soup off. She checked with Management and they took off my meal completely. Which is more than what I asked. So they DID make the horrible experience right. More than we had asked. But, it will be a long time if we ever go back there.
