My meal was great and came out pretty quick. The store was clean and smelled really nice.

food is great but waited over 8 minutes by pickup counter with no welcome in or being asked for a name about my order. They looked busy, but there were 3 people including myself in the store. I acknowledge there’s probably plenty of online orders that they’re occupied with but they had no one to address customers.

Unfortunately the food tastes fine when they get it right. Everytime I have been here in the last year its always an issue. Its not like I order anything difficult, literally a steak n cheese plain.

As much as I love their sandwiches, the last two experiences I have had at this location have caused me to decide not to return.
I placed a pick up order earlier this week and the entire order was wrong. When I called the store to tell them they told me I could drive back and get new food, but I didn’t have time to do that. They offered to write my name down and told me that I could pick up two sandwiches the next time I came in at no charge.
I came in two days later to use my two free sandwiches, and even though the note was there, the manager was rude and frustrated at having to honor it. They took over 30 minutes to get my order and it was just a poor experience.

First time trying Firehouse subs. Had the 12inch Italian sub split in half for me & my fiance. We both loved it. Only thing, it was a to go order. By the time I got home in Nixa, the bottom bread was very soggy.
Otherwise, the flavors were delicious.
I will eat there more often!

Firehouse subs is great! They also are big supporters of local firemen. Sign a thank you card for local firemen/ reponders? Round up your change to support local?!?
I love it!
They have great sandwiches too! I had the Club On a Sub (-tomatoes), my wife had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar. Both were so good! They have 3 size options for the subs. I had the large. I should have gotten the medium….. I ate it all!
The staff was friendly and the place was clean. There was an employee cleaning the whole time we were there.
Firehouse is so much better than the competition! ( )
I do wish they had a few more cold subs on the menu, but what they do have is great.
I recommend a visit and will certainly return.

I drove 8 miles across town, specifically to get the recently advertised Thanksgiving Sub. When I get to the counter and place my order, the employee advised me that they do not have the ingredients to make this sandwich. The supplier has supposedly stopped sending the required supplies. Ok, I get it……you don’t have the stuff to make it. I was severely disappointed. While waiting on the alternate sandwich that I ordered, I counted no less than 3 posters advertising the Thanksgiving Sub. One is posted on the wall behind the counter, with a small label that says “Sold Out”. There is another poster on the front window, clearly visible from the parking lot. The third sign is a double-sided, free-standing sign, roughly 10 feet inside the door. You have to walk by this sign (for a sandwich that I can’t order) to get to the counter to place your order. I get the sign with the “Sold Out” label. You might get the ingredients back in stock soon. The one on the window might need the same treatment. Maybe a “Temporarily Unavailable” sign added. The third one, the free-standing sign, needs to be removed from the dining room completely. It’s portable!! Stop advertising something that you can’t provide to your customers.

This is my first time here. I do not go to Springfield very often. When I do I like to try new places. I will not be going back to firehouse tho. I ordered the jerk. It was alright but not worth the cost. Way to much lettuce. So much lettuce takes way from the flavor. My son ordered the New York steamer and he loved it. My daughter ordered the Hook & Ladder and it was good other than to much lettuce again.
The biggest disappointment was the soda machine was calibrated correctly so the sodas didn’t taste right. When we told the staff they seem to not care. The soda machine was nasty and could tell it hadn’t been cleaned. We got there when they first opened so had nothing to do with being busy.

This location always has great service and phenomenal food! This is one store that, when you get your order, it looks exactly like the picture.

On my last visit, I was having trouble with the app and one guy, I think he had to have been a manager, (wish I’d gotten his name!) stopped what he was doing and walked outside of the counter to try to help guide me. This was way above and beyond.

I love Firehouse Subs more than any other sandwhich shop, but the service at this store definitely wins my loyalty!!
