Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s in Westland. We waited in line for several minutes, only to be told—very rudely—that they were doing mobile orders only. No signage, no heads-up, nothing. The way it was communicated was dismissive and unprofessional, as if our time didn’t matter at all. If you’re going to limit service to mobile orders, at least make it clear and treat customers with basic respect. Definitely not what you expect from a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient.

The only reason why I gave service five stars was because of the young lady named Gabby, who took my order. She was so nice and then I pulled up to the other window to get my order I get pulled. They don’t tell me why they don’t tell me how long I sit outside for 10 to 12 minutes before I get my food and then when they come out, they seem annoyed that they had to give me my food outside and they just basically throw it at me. I asked for no pickles and they gave me pickles asked for discarded didn’t receive it. All I know is Gabby deserves a raise because she is the only reason why I would ever come back here.

My girlfriend and I went here to eat since its close to where she works and it was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had so far. We ordered a Hot Honey McCrispy with Lite Jalapeños and a 10 piece nugget with Honey. We got a drop of hot honey sauce on a McSoggy with 2 pickles in the middle of the bun and No Jalapeños at all, plus no lettuce to be seen. It had no flavor and had the texture of fish. To add to it, they gave us Honey Mustard instead of honey for the nuggs and got visibly upset when we asked for them to switch the honey mustard out for what we actually ordered. We also had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the woman at the first window to actually acknowledge our existence as she just kept looking at the computer and talking through the mic instead of saying anything to the person who was at the window. She also tried waving me on 3 times without saying anything when I was trying to ask her for a side of mac sauce. Later, i went to the men’s restroom and found crap on the toilet seat, the seat was broken on one side, the baby changing station is broken and just hanging off the wall, no place to hang a coat or anything, and the hand dryer blows cold air and there’s no paper towels to be seen. Absolutely disgusted with this mcdonald’s and the service, atmosphere, and everything else. 10 out of 10, would NOT recommend! They also have a play area, but based on the lack of care and cleanliness, I’d seriously recommend you not let your kids anywhere near it. Those areas were removed from most mcdonald’s because of lack of cleaning even in the cleaner establishments, so I’d bet it doesn’t get cleaned at all here.

I probably should’ve went to the reviews first. This was the last McDonald’s around that hadn’t banned themselves as an option. Welp! Last and final one. GOOD JOB MICKEY D’s! Hard to believe at one point in life this was my favorite restaurant. It’s a shame what it has become. Ronald does NOT approve. .. All I ordered was a small meal deal on the app. Woman in front of me had $74 worth of stuff, so that didn’t help. Still.. no way a person should wait nearly 15 minutes for a small fry and sandwich and some nuggets. That’s INSANE! I know it’s rough.. not sure exactly what y’all going through in there, but I know customers can be a pain.. You have to prioritize. If a person has a $6 order.. you don’t make them wait while you get together a grocery order for someone. Lady probably had 7 kids in the car.. idk. All I know is I just needed a quick bite. I was on break!!! ♂️.. Not ever again am I spending half my break in some line. Don’t feel bad because it’s not just y’all.. but y’all were the cherry on the top. ♂️.. I’m done. I’ll just be hungry next time.

Ordered via mobile for ease, still got the order wrong. Had 4 different bags walked over before mine arrived. It wasn’t until I reached my destination did I realize they shorted me a meal. Good enough education to quit getting trash while on the road

This store was awful! There was food in the floor in several places within the playplace. There was pop in the floor also in the play place. An employee walked past the spilled pop at least twice. The ketchup on 3 burgers was sloppy and spilling out the sides of the bun. The only thing good about this visit was the Coke. It was excellent.

Would give a 5 star for jasmine (i think that’s her name), the lady with purple hair in the morning! and for morning drive through in general. They are so kind to me and everything tastes great! But the manager who works up front around 1pm on Friday was so unbelievably rude to me when I stopped inside the other day (she has dark hair, pony tail, probably in her 40s or 50s). I politely asked where my order was after 10 mins and she rudely said “well you were busy looking at your phone but i called it out” meanwhile my food is completely hidden behind the counter. i have extreme anxiety in public so i was staring at my order number on phone waiting to hear “1689” but i never heard it called. Maybe that’s my mistake, but don’t be rude to me over a mistake, especially when you don’t know what I have going on. Also, leave the food on the counter and it wouldn’t have been an inconvenience!!! Idk give your crew members a raise and put the managers attitudes in check. By the way, I was a manager at mcdonald’s for 3 years!!! Do better!!

Couldn’t get a simple order right. Ordered 1 Big Mac w/ xtra cheese no pickles, 3 McChickens with cheese, and 2 apple pies. Big Mac was corrected after I discovered how the Big Mac was made. Meanwhile, one of the 3 McChickens i ordered, didnt even have the chicken filet, just cheese, lettuce, and mayo, and when I was made aware that they only have one apple pie, I agreed to have a strawberry pie instead. Looked in the bag and neither pie was in the bag. Never gonna visit this location again during the night.

Took 30 minutes to get food. Manager on duty is worthless. Every employee was rude and no apologies. About 8 people came from the drive through to complain about wrong orders or missing items. Not a single sorry about our mistake.

Found a long piece of hair on my McMuffin after I unwrapped it. Beware. Make sure you check your food before eating. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Employees look like they don’t want to be there, then you have an incompetent manager who doesn’t know what she’s doing.
