A few days later I went to the store to get my order replaced, once again I was met with professionalism and awesome customer service from Juan the manager. I’ve gone to this McDonald’s now and then and almost every time I go, my order is wrong. I never complain but I thought it was time to now. Last night, I order the 2 snack wrap combo. After waiting for 10 minutes, I realized I only got one. Not going back to this place again. It’s so disappointing.

I came around 4:20, and the service was horrible. We stood at the counter for like 15 minutes and all the employees just walked right passed us. Eventually a young man was told to help us, and his customer service skills were terrible. He hardly spoke to us and only talked to another employee, then he proceeded to forget to give us our drinks. When we finally got our food, the young lady basically threw the tray down without a word and walked away while we thanked her.

Worst food ever gave me food poisoning and gave me diarrhea for 2 hours the fries were not cook and the nuggets they gave me one instead of 10 pieces delivery driver was rude. Gave some to the homeless and now I’m getting sued by the homeless and my McFlurry had but it was crazy creamy not the best.

This location is terrible… They need to shut it down or change the whole crew. They always mess up everything especially the night crew. Me and my husband just went to this location for some mchickens and I received a whole different item, a crispy chicken sandwich uncooked, tons of mayo. I have no idea who to reach out to but it’s super gross!!

First of all… after taking almost 20 minutes, they forgot some fries… but aside from the wait, I open my quarter pounder ”deluxe” and it looks like a blind guy assembled it with his feet. It looks like they squirted the condiments from about 5 feet away as they were not evenly spread. Meat was cold, not JUICY as I’ve had before. Hands down never gonna go here again. You guys need to work on this.
