If you are looking for GREAT BBQ then Survivor Que Food Truck in Ozark Arkansas is the “diamond in the rough” you are looking for. They are only open a few hours on Thursdays & Fridays but the food is worth the drive. Their ribs are fall off the bone tender and have the best flavor. Their brisket is so tender and flavorful & their Mac & Que Burritos (grilled burrito stuffed with Mac & cheese and either brisket or pork loin) are amazing! I live over an hour and a half west in Oklahoma but any time I’m in the Ft Smith area I make the extra drive for their BBQ.
