Last evening my siblings and I celebrated my sister’s birthday
We ordered many delicious dishes but the best was the seafood platter. The pineapple drink was great.
The staff were friendly and very professional
They do an awesome birthday celebration singing while wearing cute outfits and hats. Thank you for a phenomenal job and thank you for the hospitality. It was the first time to eat here and I will definitely return.

I have driven past this restaurant so many times but never got around to checking it out until this last weekend after being recommended by a friend. At first I was hesitant due to the low ratings here but I don’t quite understand why they are as low as they are.
The atmosphere at El Paraiso is awesome! If you are looking for a party with karaoke and loud music, go towards the right when you go in. If you are looking for a chill time, go towards the left. You can still have a conversation in the karaoke room but there may be some yelling involved. It’s a good time either way.
There is a lot of mention regarding bad service here but that was not my experience. Our servers were very attentive and we received great service overall.
The food was pretty good. It definitely was not the best Mexican food I have ever had but I think most people go there for the atmosphere. Everyone in my party enjoyed the entrees they ordered. Prices were average to slightly on the higher side.

The food was just above edible, and I couldn’t not overlook how dirty the restaurant is. The hostess saw that we were slower because one of us walks with a cane. She walked very ahead of us and tossed the chips on the table and didn’t wait for us. She was already charring with her friends behind the bar by the time we got to our seats. They didn’t check up once on us while we dined and we never got refills on our drinks. We also had to ask for the check twice and had to find the waitress. When we asked for to-go boxes, they forgot the soup lid and we had to ask more than once. The food was tolerable and the chicharron looked like it was purchased from Walmart and tasted stale. They must be very understaffed or they’re staff just wants to hangout with each other because the restaurant was not busy at all yet the service was terrible.

Both the restaurant and menus are big. Since there are so many tables my party of 7 didn’t take long to be seated. The menus for drinks and food where filled with many options. There is something for everyone to pick from. Service was friendly and good. They had a person walking around taking photos of the people at the the tables. They would then frame the photos and try to sell them to you. Its a good option if you are having a special event at the restaurant. Overall a good place to eat.

The food was good, there was no wait time. They have regular plates there as well as Parrilladas and Botana. Which is nice if you are going with a group. There was live music playing, a separate bar area that had karaoke. The service was very good. Most of all I loved the artful atmosphere. I would definitely go back and would recommend anyone to try this place as well.

My husband and I eat here on average 3 times a month. We usually order our favorite dish to go. Occasionally we do eat at the restaurant. I first became a customer 20 years ago, and now it’s our go to whenever we crave our favorite dish. I’ve never really had issues with service or missing food items but if they do it’s resolved quickly. We highly recommend Banquete Mar Y Tierra dish.

What a great restaurant. Huge menu, almost overwhelming. We ordered a couple of the large platters and everything on them was great. Also enjoyed the mariachi band. Our family had a great time here!

We came in late afternoon. There were four of us. We were sat in the bar area. The place is decorated really festive and fun. The menu was HUGE, lots to choose from. We waited FOREVER after being seated to finally have someone to come attend to us, while a table close to us seemed to get very attentive service. We waited a really long time for both our drinks (iced teas and water.) We waited a pretty long time for our food too despite the place not seeming too busy. When our food did come, it WAS delicious! I ordered the combination plate #10 that included a chicken enchilada, ground beef crispy taco, guacamole tostada and a (crispy) chile relleno. All of them were good but the relleno took the cake out of all of them, super good!!!
I would recommend that if you’re coming here, don’t come super hungry as you might need to wait for a while to get your food, your stomachs patience may be tested! Although if you do have the time and patience, the food is worth the wait.

Great experience, great food. Even my picky son even ate. My in-laws were happy and we all know that can be hard. NO JOKE . Atmosphere overall a 5 my burrito was fire and dessert was off the chain Natalie was amazing

This place is well decorated and fun to look around, very friendly staff and lovely music playing while any fútbol matches are airing on the tvs. The chips and salsa were great! Not my favorite enchilada sauce I’ve ever had but you still get a lot for your money with their huge portion sizes. They have extensive food and drink menus too!
