Food was good but the order took about 30 minutes for order to receiving the order which seems unreasonable. I placed an online order for a 14 piece family meal, arrived about 9 minutes later to be told they didn’t have coleslaw, which was annoying, I told them I’d take another item instead. Waited another 20+ minutes and saw other parked cars that had come after me be served and finally parked and went inside, my order was in the warmer for mobile orders. The food we got was good but service is slow.

Food was great customer service was terrible. Employee at the drive thru got really huffy with us and did not listen to us while ordered, all because when she asked if we wanted mild or spicy we just said classic. Like, that’s what upset you? Then when my boyfriend had to go inside and get items that were forgotten the manager was very rude as well. Definitely won’t be going back.

I got his Popeyes quite often. The staff is nice, but every time I place my order on the app and it tells me my food is ready to be picked up. It takes me 15 minutes to get there. My food is never ready. I always got to change the weight another 15 to 25 minutes. I feel like it’s very unacceptable. Why have the app? Also why text me tell him my food is ready, and it takes me 15 minutes to get there after it’s told me it’s ready so it should be ready. Then when I got the food home you could tell it was old chicken and my chicken was cold. The thing I couldn’t understand is how’s my chicken cold and I’m standing here waiting for 30 minutes in the in the store. Don’t be shopping there for a while.

I went to Popeyes around 8 PM, and the staff told me they were about to close, so I couldn’t dine in and had to order to go. I understand it was close to closing time, but the wait was much longer than expected. The chicken was tasty, as always, but the overall service felt a bit rushed and not very attentive. I really like Popeyes, but I hope next time the service is faster and more considerate, even toward the end of the day.

This review is 1 star and the same as all the other reviews. Extremely slow service and the workers have the nastiest attitudes. Only two people working. Pre Ordered $45 of chicken and sides when we arrived to pick it up it took 15 minutes for them to ask us what we wanted and then was told another 8 minutes for food. They were moving so slow people were leaving.

Fairly good food and service. The one bad thing about ordering food to go, 1 of the chicken tenders they gave me was nothing but breaded skin, but the did give me an extra tender. Fries are great.

Huge shoutout to the girl who answered the phone for us today and who made our food. I wish I had asked her name but all I know is she had a grey sweater on and was working around 3pm. Long story made somewhat short, my 6 year old son has severe oral aversions and is almost impossible to get to try new things however he is a huge fan of five nights at Freddy’s. I knew the promo was over but called ahead of time to see if they had any extra boxes still because my son saw it online and was begging to go. This kind young girl made sure my son got both a cup and a box with his food and made his day. He said Popeyes was the best lunch ever. New fan obtained. Thank you so much for being so kind to your customers, the little stuff means so much. He’ll definitely be begging to come back.
