While the service was friendly, multiple workers who were trying to communicate with me didn’t speak English and kept trying to tell me something in Spanish in the drive-thru. Eventually, they had to find another employee to come and ask us to move to a parking spot to wait for the food. I understand being asked to move and wait sometimes, but how can you have a worker at the window who doesn’t even speak English? Not even enough to say “park in spot 1”???? Food was ok, it’s fast food McDonalds. Just another reason I hardly ever go anymore.

Brody I ordered a HUGE DoorDash meal. Like big enough to fund that day of sales bro.. got a HUGE amount of chicken nuggets. Picked my sauce it was all good, even left a note…. Bro yall handed me 50 chicken nuggets .. and 1 ketchup packet …… cmonnnow not even the sauce I asked for I’m in shambles

horrible service; make sure to get your order reread to you! I was rushed at the window and reassured they got my extra drink but did not. they will mess up your order AND ask you to go through the drive thru AGAIN! food was not worth the experience i had this morning.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s location. I ordered two McGriddles, which were clearly listed at $3.99 each buy another for $1 on both the drive-thru menu and the app. However, I was charged $7.98 each, which makes no sense. When I asked the employees to explain the price difference, no one was willing to help or clarify the issue.
I come here almost every weekend in the morning, and the service is consistently poor. The staff often have bad attitudes and act like they don’t want to be there. It’s frustrating for loyal customers who expect at least basic courtesy and transparency.
McDonald’s, please do better and hire employees who actually care about customer service. This location really needs improvement.

I give it a 1 star! Really bad service. The tables were messy I went and asked the lady to clean one of them she said aha in a rude way. She didn’t go until they brought our food we had to ask another worker if they can please clean the table again , so she did. The lady also didn’t want to give us a sauce we just wanted one. She didn’t want to give us one. I know almost everywhere they sell the sauces but to my knowledge it’s the extras. Anyhow really bad service!

Someone thought this would be funny for someone in the drive through to experience. They felt that since it’s drive through what are the chances of someone going back to complain. Returned to McDonald’s to express my waste of time and instead of a sincere apology laughter was the reaction and large fries . Such bad customer service where accountability seems to be lacking .

As a child my parents use to take me to
Mc. Donald’s. One of the fondest memories I have is when my father used to draw a happy face on my hash brown with ketchup. It’s a happy memory that stuck with me my entire life. Today that was replaced with the extremely well done hash brown I received. The thing literally crumbled to pieces the instant I touched it of how burnt and hard it was. That childhood memory will never be the same. This deserves a sad face hash brown.

I wondered why the guy in front of me at the drive thru seemed kind of rude to the person taking orders until it was my turn to order and I realized why. Completely rude and dismissive didn’t even ask if I had a mobil code. Well the AI did and I replied yes but was ignored.

So went in order my food everything was fine. Took my order to go. My fries were severed to me 5 minutes before my Frappe, when I asked to have them served together so my fries would be hot. They were left on the countertop while my drinks was made. 5 minutes latter…..dude I just asked you not to leave my fries in the cold……This was a large fry..shm…..maybe cold fries are the new thing?????by the way when I asked for a straw and catchup I was given catchup and told the straws was halfway across the room…I’m all… *I’m not eating here!* … I want to go the the counter and leave. Why do I have to walk around this place…..maybe it’s just me. ..can I just have a straw please.
