The staff is usually quite friendly. The food comes out warm and delicious nearly every time.
This visit I ordered the chicken parmesan dinner, came with 2 sides (Alfredo noodles and garlic asparagus). Absolutely delicious there was too much to eat so I took the remainder home for a separate meal to eat later.
One of the downsides to Lucky’s is that if you have a larger group (10+) reservation they will NOT sit anyone from the group until everyone has arrived.

It was my first time to Luckys (12/31/25) and I was disappointed in the food and service. Our bread was brought out quickly but I think they used all the seasonings on our bread because nothing else in our meals had seasoning. That bread was way too salty. Got the 16oz Ribeye with Cajun grilled shrimp. Almost half of the steak was fat, it had no seasoning whatsoever not even salt or pepper. It was the most bland steak of my life. My partner got the T-bone and he also said it was the worst steak of his life (he never complains about food). My Cajun shrimp did not taste Cajun, also bland. The only good thing was the potato. Our salads came out right before our meals. When I asked for butter for my potato, our server seemed annoyed. The strawberry martini I got was good so kudos to bartender for that. Not sure if they had a first day cook that doesn’t know how to season or what but it was disappointing. We ate what we could and boxed the rest up for our dog, he had no complaints. We didn’t bring it to server’s attention as she’s not the cook and we had somewhere to be. Won’t be back.

Great drinks, great service, and great food. The aged prime rib is very good. The fish tacos on the appetizer menu are a good sized portion. My only complaint is the bread that they give you with your meal is very salty.

Had an early dinner for 5 of us. There was a wait, however, we were able to bypass it by sitting in a booth in the bar area. I was worried we could not be able to get good service but it was great service. The food was much better than expected from a chain restaurant and the prices reasonable. We had Wedge Salad (fresh and good), Steak (a bit over cooked but great flavor), Prime Rib Sandwich (good), and Ribs (yummy).

Me and my fiance got steaks there last week 02/13/26 and I ordered a T-bone, the steak cut was a New York Strip with a bone on it, they cut the tenderloin out. My fiances Filet mignon was burnt on the outside, and all you could taste was a charcoal like taste. The stuffed mushrooms were great that we got as an appetizer. Service was good as well.

Just had a great dinner at Lucky’s in Midland, MI. There was a large group of us celebrating our Aunt/Mom/Grandma’s birthday. Jessica was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing!!! Considering the size of our group, it was impressive how attentive she and the rest of the team were while still serving other tables at the same time. Amazing team, food was great, all orders were accurate, cups were kept topped off, and we had a really nice time.

We’ve been regular customers at Lucky’s Steakhouse for a long time. We dine in and order takeout often, and this used to be our go-to place for steaks.
Last night we ordered takeout. Both of our steaks tasted off and had a strange texture. My girlfriend couldn’t eat hers at all. I tried both steaks, ate about half of mine, and later felt sick to my stomach and went to bed early. We saved both steaks and brought them back today.
They refunded her steak but refused to refund mine because I had eaten half, even after explaining that it made me feel ill and I stopped eating it because of that. That feels unreasonable.
The manager, Matt, was short, unapologetic, and dismissive. He showed no concern that the food may have made a customer sick. There was no apology. He repeatedly walked away to talk to another manager without explaining what was happening, leaving me standing in the lobby unsure whether to wait or leave. The whole interaction felt unprofessional.
We’re extremely disappointed. This was our favorite restaurant, but after both the food quality and how we were treated, we won’t be returning. We would rather drive farther to another steakhouse than come back here.

My wife and I came in for dinner and our servers name was Maggie. She was absolutely incredible and we both have never had such amazing service from a waitress. She was on her game and did an amazing job. We will definitely be back because of her!
Thank you Maggie!

I was home alone in Midland for my birthday, so I treated myself to Luckys. I’ve been there before for happy hour, but never for dinner. The bread prime rib, French onion soup, potatoes, and a glass of Chardonnay cost me under $30 with tip. all of the food was great. I consider that a good value in these days.I will be back.

Our server, Jeremy, was amazing! From the start, he was warm and sincere. His remarkable attentiveness was consistent throughout. My food was the hottest/freshest that I’ve ever had at a Lucky’s! By far one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while! I’ll be asking for him on future visits!!
