Being a well established restaurant brand locally that sadly was bought by a vulture private equity company which destroyed the majority of locations, several are still open and doing well that were privately owned.
When corporate closed, these remaining establishments didn’t have the support,org beef patties,breads and some items made at the main purveyor and had to out source some supplies.
This location has done a wonderful job keeping the food and quantity of ingredients almost exactly as before the corporate destroyed and pillaged the company.
The big boy sandwich was spot on here,fries were perfect and served hot and the waitress was very good and attentive to her tables.
I definitely will as stated here promote and patron this location anytime when in the area.
If you desire the original Big Boy- this location is spot on unlike sadly a few others to go un named.

Ordered two big boys asked for no tartar sauce on one of them and they put tartar sauce on both of them. They didn’t even care when we called the store for the Uber eats even message the driver about Uber eats order the lady was still there from Uber and they didn’t even say anything. Said that the order was already gone which was not true. There was actually less tartar sauce on the one that’s suppose to have it. Tried Frisch’s again after 3 years thanks for making me remember why I stopped ordering in the first place. The burgers were dry to touch anyway. Tossed it out. Thanks Uber gave us our money back and rightfully so. Y’all did nothing but waste your own time by not reading the order correctly or just not caring this is why all of your locations are downhill and never going to recover. I’m perfectly convinced you have a blind cook or you must wear blindfolds to work here!! Pissed!

Our local Frisch’s got closed in Lebanon so while at my Dr appointment we decided to go and was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Our waitress was amazing and doing the job of like 5 people! I wish I remembered her name… We did tip her 10 for just being so GREAT at her job (as well as OTHERS)

I have been living int the Cincinnati area for six months and I have always wanted to try it . Every time I wanted to , I never had the time and then locations started to close up. Thankfully, this one didn’t. Today, I went for the first time and my friend went and I was mind blown! He had the signature Big Boy and fries and I had the double bacon cheeseburger and fries and it was the best double bacon cheeseburger I had ever had in my life. Our waitress was nice too, her name was Kelli I believe. Very sweet and attentive. Will be going back and I pray that location is not shuttered!

This rating is strictly based on Frisch’s restaurants. This is hands-down the best Big Boy I’ve had in my adult life. All of the Frisch’s restaurants on my side of town are now longer in business. I’ve never had a fresher bun. Friendly service at drive through as well.

I Ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and hash browns! I’m not sure who taught the cook how to scramble eggs but that’s not what I got, the cheese wasn’t there signature cheese sauce, it was a giant clump of oily yellow stuff that didn’t taste like cheese and the hash browns were like a saucer, round and hard. It’s been a while since I’ve been to frisch’s since they closed so many locations! This makes it worse because the fact that they are far and few between, the quality of the breakfast food has gone down! I probably won’t go back again or any time soon!

Enjoyable visit clean food was great exactly as pictured on menu GOOD JOB COOK WE SEE YOU, the server was very nice young lady and very customer service, even thought this a restaurant that young lady light skin pretty brown eyes and pregnant truly know customer service she went above and beyond when the other waitress forgot about my dining in party. I can’t remember her name it was around 5pm we visited…she was working drive-thru and tables awesome worker.

My mom and I came here for lunch and our server was amazing. When we got there, they were really busy but Chris (our server) got us right away and seated us. He was very respectful and perfessional. We’d like to thank him for doing such a great job not only with us but with all the other customers he was helping at the same time!

I love Frischs and they shut a bunch down. Im glad this one is open. They have great service dine in. They seem to be happy to actually be around. I have so many favorite things here, and all were fresh and hot and Ill be stopping in again soon
