Terrible terrible terrible. Food was ice cold and I asked for only mayo as condiment on the burger and they didn’t add that but they did add ketchup and scraped it off before giving it to me. When I spoke to the manager about it he grabbed the munchie box from me and slammed it into the trash can and slammed the door. When he brought back the remake it had pickles on it and sauce on the tacos when I asked for no sauce. DO NOT GO HERE! I have 8 years of fast food experience as a manager and this is not how u make food or act in front of customers. Yahir was the name on the receipt idk if that was the manager but he needs to work on his professionalism.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times in the evenings and always come across a young gentleman on drive thru who seems to always be on top of his job getting orders out while a red headed girl just stands around watching him do everything as I mentioned I do visit this fast food business frequently so it’s not the first time I see it. I suggest you all give this boy a raise for doing the job alone AND getting it done and get after this girl who never seems to be doing anything at all! Will keep eyes on her in future visits and will notify corporate! not fair she gets paid the same or more and doesn’t do her job while others do!!

Wanted a late night snack ordered what I usually do on pecan but since they were closed already I ordered off 23rd. Burger was not good the buns were cold, cheese wasn’t melted, and the patties were again cold including the drink tasting like water I ordered a coke. At the end of the night it is what it is but will not be ordering from here again.

Jack in the Box is a great place to eat! The staff was super friendly and made the visit enjoyable. I ordered the Jumbo Combo, which really hit the spot, and topped it off with some delicious crispy tacos. Definitely satisfied my craving!
Only recommendation is for the eating area tables benches to be cleaned more often. I had to clean a table to eat on no one were clean

I advise to not visit this establishment even if it was the only food in a 500 mile vacinity. They will find every way imaginable to disappoint you and make the experience horrible! I also love how my TWO jr BACON cheeseburgers came without bacon!

Ordered for my sons after a long drive, the app said “wrapping up.” Turns out we waited too long for nothing, they gave our order to someone else! No apology, no effort to fix it—just attitude and excuses. Don’t waste your time or money here. They clearly don’t care about customers or getting orders right.

I went rn earlier and they forgot my jalapeno poppers and a burger has happened now for years ik u have to check make sure everything is there but it’s always been a common accurace there staff is nice night staff just looks tired and sad other then that it’s alright just always tend to forget food items
