It doesn’t even matter if the burgers are good. We walked in 20 minutes before closing and CEDRIC made us feel like we were the first customers of the day. Thanks Cedric! And the burgs were amazing.

I have not had an unpleasant experience here yet. Yesterday was my first inside visit and the customer service was amazing! David was extremely helpful, patient, and engaging. Elijah & the drive through staff are respectful and my order is always accurate. Kudos to the team that works at this location!!

There is a man with mustache who is working the register (11:50 am Sunday 1/11/26) who took all of our orders. He didnt listen to modifications and was rude when we asked for the custard we were waiting on.
He kept rolling his eyes and making comments about having to get our things we were waiting on.
Just a bad look, please get a different person during lunch rush on a Sunday.
The younger woman was wonderful and helped the situation but the older gentleman needs to be off register bc he is miserable taking it out on everyone when this place is usually pleasant.

Very good Sour Dough Patty Melt. The patty is thin like a smash burger so I recommend the double but was advised they even offer a triple. My son had the chicken sandwich which he seemed to enjoy. There were plenty of people working. All seemed professional and friendly. The Culver’s branded root beer was excellent as well. Give this place a try and please like this review.

Very nice dining experience with our large family group of 14. Restaurant was clean. Food was served quickly. Tony was very friendly and when the order was delivered he even came over to help everyone find their correct burgers!

I had been been looking to eating at this restaurant for quiet some time, so I decided to try. They were out of the Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad, therefore, I got the Chicken Cashew salad insteadand it wasn’t what I was expecting at all. I was starving and I wanted to love it so badly, and not to say that their food isn’t good, but this particular Chicken Cashew salad just wasn’t for me.
Also, I ordered a sweet tea and for me it had like this powdery texture and taste a little bitter like the last “from the bottom of the barrel,” kind of experience. I immediately looked at it and asked the male cashier about the taste. He assured me that they make fresh tea everyday ( Ik that), and continued to smile and just look at me, instead of offering another option.

My sisters tried their burgers and chicken sandwiches before and they LOVE it… I should’ve went with my first mind. So, I guess the next time, I’ll try one of the burgers or a chicken sandwich, and a Sprite instead.
Every restaurant has a bad day, and that day, 09/19/2025, was Culver’s bad day. I’ll try them again since my sisters love them, the reviews are pretty good, and the young male cashier was still really nice as well.

After my wife tried this restaurant in Wisconsin we decided to try it here in Hoover. Once in November which was to go and again in January where we decided to dine in. It was definitely better dining in rather than taking it home and our order came out quickly. The burgers are good and check your receipt as each time what we asked for was not on our burgers. The onion rings are very good and so are the cheese curds. Definitely want to try one of their shakes in the future. I can see why the drive through has been wrapped around the building on occasion. A great family place.

Failure after failure! The food is good about half of the time, assuming you get what you ordered. Wait times are long even when it’s quiet, and over the past 5 years this Culver’s has gotten increasingly crowded and doesn’t appear to be able to keep up with staffing levels or team competence. It’s not unique in fast food, it’s just been an especially sad trajectory for a restaurant we always considered to be a cut above the norm. Unfortunately, they are the norm now. Only one of our last five orders has been correct on the first try. Double check what you get and don’t leave until it’s right!

We stopped to get frozen custard. The service was great. The food was good, and the restaurant was clean and easily accessible from the highway.

Straight from Wisconsin (haven’t been there unfortunately yet but will plan on doing so) It’s almost strikingly similar to Freddy’s Steakburgers and Frozen Custard but with a seafood twist. They have onion rings, fries with chili on top, a freakin corn dog which is surprising, I mean they sell almost about anything.

Menu Options: There is so much to choose from, the custard is like a delicious and more flavorful version of a milkshake but their own style because they make it for you and just the way you like it. The varieties of different toppings and flavors make it more appealing to customers. Instead of steakburgers, it is butterburgers and it’s good I’ll tell you that!

Amenities: Almost like a family restaurant, plenty of seating inside and there is outdoor seating too for those looking to enjoy the sun. Restrooms at your own convenience and there is free water when you ask the staff for a cup of water, isn’t that neat?!

Comments: I mean come on there was a bunch of people inside and in the drive-thru, that probably is the reason why there are so few Culver’s in the state, you must try this when in Hoover or near. I guarantee you won’t regret it .
