We stopped in while passing through and don’t typically eat at chain restaurants, but we decided to make an exception – and I’m so glad we did. Although they were busy, the line moved quickly. As we stood reviewing the menu, Jackson went out of his way to suggest a few options and even showed us the extra menu. He was genuinely happy, upbeat, and refreshing to interact with—so rare these days in customer service. I even asked him if he truly enjoyed his job, and he said yes. It showed. So many people could learn from him – what a great young man.
We ordered a cup of chili and made it supreme with onions, cheese, and sour cream – delicious. I also had the pot roast sandwich with fries. The pot roast was moist and tender. The mashed potatoes weren’t my favorite, but when I asked to swap them, Madi gladly did so without hesitation – another employee with a great attitude and clear pride in her work.
The restaurant was super clean, and there was plenty of parking available. We would definitely stop here again.

This was the first time I have ever been disappointed at a Culver’s in approximately 100 visits! I was tired and on the road, but was excited to see a Culver’s on my route. I tried a deluxe double and was sorely disappointed at the bitter onions on the lukewarm sandwich I received. The restaurant traffic was slow if steady, and with plenty on employees, there was no reason for the mess that surrounded me as I waited for my burger. Hopefully this was the exception rather than the rule at the Mt. Vernon Culver’s!

Enjoyed a great lunch here. Super friendly staff and all of the great flavors you expect from Culver’s. The food came to the table very quickly and as ordered. They keep the restaurant very clean. It is very easy to find using Google Maps and is situated just off of I 64. There is plenty of convenient free parking.

Food taste was amazing they need to slow down putting their burgers together when I got mine out of the bad the top bun and mushrooms had fallen into the bag. I know they were busy but slow down just a bit and make sure you close the box, old military saying from my unit ” slow is smooth and smooth is fast”

I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for only a cocoa mixer. Everyone that ordered food and mixers behind us has been served over 10 minutes ago. I have been the only one out here waiting and no one has gone through the drive through for 15 minutes. Very frustrating since i could have saved 5$ and could’ve been home and cozy by now. I asked if it was on the way and it still didnt arrive. I’m going back for a refund. Forget it.

Stopped into this location while on a roadtrip. Our 2 kids require gluten free options. The staff was helpful in explaining the options, patient as we ordered, and everything was delivered in separate bags, ensuring that the gluten free order was not in contact with any gluten. Very much appreciated! Not many fast food establishments pay this much attention to the details on gluten free orders. It was noticed and appreciated! Thank you for a great experience!

I was in town visiting him at his work and we went and grabbed some food here.( my sisters son)
This was just a short drive from his work
My nephew said it was the busiest that he had seen it.
Service was quick and there was no line when we walked it.

I was glad the worker found us outside
Everything was correct on pur trays and he made sure we didnt need anything else.
The fries were nicely done and a solid crinkle fry adding the salt I like.
The burger was great and I have never been disappointed at any of the few culvers I have visited.
The location was easy to enter and exit and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
Plenty of parking all around and the drive thru seemed to move pretty quick as we sat there.

Good food. Not fast food. Slow, even for online order carryout. Order your ice cream last. They make it before the hot food is even out. And its melted in less than 5 minutes even on a cool night. Oh well, what culvers is fast at anything except ringing you up and getting that money. Good food though. Clean restaurant.

We were on a road trip and happy to stop at our favorite chain for a quick lunch. We ordered ahead in the Culver’s app for our estimated time of arrival, but when we got there, our food was not ready. Not only did we wait an additional 50 mins past when our food was supposed to be ready, when we did get our food, we were missing a gluten free bun, our drinks were incorrect and our food was lukewarm at best. While we were waiting, we saw people who had ordered ahead similar to us waiting an hour to an hour and a half, canceling orders, or walking out altogether. It was also clear they were prioritizing drive through and walk up orders over pickup and carry out as we saw many get theirs after arriving long after those of us who ordered ahead. The staff showed little to no concern or effort to work hastily or correct the issue – only offering coupons for 2 concrete mixers good at this location only. Will never be stopping at this location again.
