I visited this location today with my 16 year old autistic daughter. We usually always sit in the play area because it’s less over stimulating for her. The play area was empty except for a mom and her daughter who was getting ready to leave. We sat down after ordering our food and was approached by what looked like a manager who proceeded to ask me if I have any children who were playing in the play area in a very accusatory tone. She then stated that they have to “ watch who came in there”. I explained that my daughter is autistic and it is more comfortable in there and she walked away, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer be visiting this location.

Establishment is dirty , the workers are rude . 8 mop signs out but the the floor still dirty , you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something. So if you online waiting to be served and you got to use the bathroom good luck

Having issues with the bathroom situation is hard and rude on us . Having a bladder issue that can cause a serious situation to my body could of caused me to go to the hospital

I came here for a quick breakfast while running errands. I come here often because the service is usually fast, friendly, and efficient. As usual, I was not disappointed. I love McDonald’s and I love this location. The food was great and the service excellent. I used the app and there were no issues.

It took 10 minutes to get a coffee and I was the only one there. They also looked at me like I was a nuisance because I wanted to use the bathroom. They kept them locked. This was one of the worst McD I’ve been too. I feel bad for the people living in this area.
Oh, they also dropped a happy meal bucket on the ground and just put it back on the shelf to use. I thought it was gross. It also looked like the manager who did it so I wouldn’t trust the food here.

I rarely eat fast food or go to McDonalds, but the one time I go in over a year, a long plastic piece found next to my McChicken in the paper wrapping. Only realized this when I got home. This was on 07/22/25 at around 12:30 am. Threw the whole sandwich right out not to risk whatever it was contaminated with. That was my sign to continue not eating at fast food chemically packed ingredient food places like this. Never again.

Whatever happen to fast food at a reasonable price? On top of placing my own order through a kiosk, paying over $23 for two medium Big Mac meals and waiting close to 10 mins for our food, we were not greeted or even acknowledged. Our Big Macs even needed to be reassembled as it looked like they just threw everything in the box. I get that it’s McDonald’s and I don’t have very high expectations but it’s getting ridiculous. Also, make sure you don’t loiter. There are signs EVERYWHERE regarding the 30 minute time limit. One last thing…The decor here is awful.
