Visited McDonald’s on Northwest Washington Blvd in Hamilton and immediately found it to be a lot of teenager hangout in spite of posted rules during certain hours unless with an adult. 2 kids were openly vaping, another group of 4-6 teens standing in middle of location loudly laughing and talking about their fantasies regarding a teacher.
Location really needs a staffer dedicated to cleaning unkept lobby and controlling unruly teens. Bathroom floor at urinals was marinating with urine and was sticky Soap dispenser empty. Food fair, but overpriced. If you’re reading this, please hit Like❤️

We went through the drive thru for 2 frappe. They said go to windows. We waited 15 minutes. I walked in our frappe was melting on their counter. I kept telling the cashier that they was mine. She gave me a spicy chicken sandwich too. As I was walking out my lid came off and frappe went all over me. Never again

Me and my friends would go there to hangout and get away from the cold cause it was the closest spot near the high sschool and weve been doing that for months. But today we went barely even sat down and got told we had to leave if we’re not ordering anything. We’re mad but left. My friends mom ordered us food online and we went to get it and sit down. The same worker then told me and my friends we couldn’t eat there because we didn’t have an adult(he never said that before). We asked him where we could even go. He said home (we don’t live on the west side) or back to the school(you can’t gk back in after hours). So he just sent us off. We then decided to go to the Kfc/Long Johns down the road and they, unlike McDonald’s didn’t care that we just sat there and didn’t order OR have an adult. Just a PSA: if you are built right next to a high school don’t be mad if kids come to hang out and not buy anything!! It’s cold out there and we don’t want to be out there. Also side note the worker that told us to leave was EXTREMELY rude. Anywho 0/10 being rude to us for no reason

We ordered online 4 $5 meal deals which comes w/ a burger, fries, nuggets, and drink. And two shakes along w a free medium fry. My boyfriend went inside to pick it up and they handed him one bag and drink cups. At first the young lady was nice but when he politely told her we had two shakes she kind of got an attitude but made them for him. After he filled our drink cups he checked the bag and they didn’t give us ANY fries. He went back to the counter and asked for a drink carrier for his four drinks and said we’re missing five fries and she asked to see his receipt and got a HUGE attitude. Always something silly at this store

Since when has the phone at westside McDonald’s by the high school been down? I got off work and around 9:30 PM I had ordered a shake and food and tell me why there was a long black hair in my shake?? I tried calling multiple times to at least just get another shake or something but it was DISCONNECTED. Not to mention, the young girl at the window is rude every time I go there (I understand bad days, but it gets to a point to where you’re just always acting crappy towards people). And no, it’s not my own hair because this hair is going all the way down the cup as in it fell in while being filled up, YEUCK!! If I’m paying 4 dollars for a small shake I expect for me to at least be able to drink it.

Absolutely horrible experience. They had 15-20 cars waiting for the drive through, before telling the people that they were taking no more orders. This was at 6pm. We were trapped in the drive through, so we couldn’t even leave to go elsewhere. When I asked the cashier inside why the drive through wasn’t operating, she just gave me a dirty look and left to talk to someone else. Pretty pitiful!

It really sucks that I have to drive way out to Millville or to the east side because this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. It never fails. I’ll give it a shot every 3 months and every single time the food and service is absolutely terrible. take it from me…don’t go there it’s not worth the 20 min to 30 min wait because there’s constantly a huge line and it’s not worth the constant attitudes from the employees and its not worth the terrible quality of food. Since McDonald’s wants to raise their prices I believe in holding them to a higher standard. Yes maybe for a dollar I wouldn’t be as mad but when a whole meal is 7-10$ then yes I expect your quality to be higher.

So tired of not getting what I ordered! This is the 3rd time they have forgotten the second patty. What’s bad about it is I get halfway to work and there’s no way to go back and get it fixed. I don’t know what’s happened this used to be one of the best McDonald’s around and now the quality has gone to hell. Every time I try calling the store the line is always busy. I know they are short-handed but maybe somebody from management or maybe even a owner will send me a PM so they can fix this.

This restaurant is going down hill, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with one car in front of me and the line out to the street before the lady in front of me order was taken. The right lane was getting there order taken not the left lane. When we finally got waited on I let the order taker know we were waiting for 10 minutes in line. I timed the wait…. she rudely replied “I’m only one person!” I was letting her know about the wait incase the speaker was broken. Arrived at the first window and the nice young lady said that there headset was dead. That could have been simply said instead of the response of only being one person. NOT Appreciated.
Then I went to the second window received all my food and 1 drink and was waiting for a large coke no ice and I was pulled to spot 3 to wait for a coke no ice. I asked are you kidding me? For a coke no ice? The female manager said yes .. we’re waiting for it to pour. Meanwhile I have my family’s lunch getting cold in the car just to be pulled over a Coke. How does that make sense!!!! This location needs new management

Got some big Macs on the way home from work today. I live 40 mins away. Checked the bag, all food was there. Get home, go to eat my big mac, and it had no big mac sauce. It was smothered in mayo though. It’s so dumb its funny, (not really, because we paid for a big mac) I really wanted a big mac. Not the same without big mac sauce! Luckily my son’s was ok.
I was hungry and live too far away to go back so I ate it. Couldn’t do it all though. Too much mayo makes me sick and in pain. Even eating half of it has me miserable. Lesson learned, check bag, and look inside sandwich before leaving. My daughter once got a big Mac from the new Lebanon one with just ketchup. She was soo mad because she was pregnant at the time and craving that big bag sauce. Pics for proof, of part of the sandwich.
