When the main course comes out before the appetizer….or the salad… apparently the kitchen was really really fast …and accurate. The wait staff not so much. We got seated, ordered our drinks and an appetizer drinks came to the table ordered main course…a few short minutes later (as in less then 10) main course arrives at the table…before the salad or the appetizer. The waitress comes by and said (oh ..oops, let me go get your onion” before I had a chance to stop her and ask for the salad she streaks off. Before the onion shows up my salad gets brought out by another runner…and the finally….the app made it to the table. I do want to mention…they were hit with a rush of guests around the time we came in. Outside of the absolutely backwards service the food was well cooked, tasted great and was otherwise to our satisfaction.

Stopped into Texas Roadhouse in Quincy and ordered the chili and a bone-in ribeye. The chili was thick, warm, and packed with flavor—great starter. The bone-in ribeye was the star: tender, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Service was quick and welcoming even with the place busy. We’ll be back. Just keep in mind it is a chain, so you wont be blown away, but the quality will be consistent.

I had not been to a Texas roadhouse in years! We wanted a meal after a movie and this location was our pick. The server was excellent, food fresh, and order correct. Restaurant floor was a bit dirty and bathroom floor was worse. But that was the only issues we noticed.

My chicken was pink and undercooked, I didn’t notice it until I ate a couple bites. Also my significant others steak was supposed to be medium well and his steak was charred and this was supposed to be his birthday dinner. Also the waitress was rude.

Always fun going to a Texas Roadhouse! We reserved a spot and got in immediately. Drinks were to us in a timely fashion, but could of used the refills a little sooner. I ended up ordering 2 different drinks so I always had something to sip on. Ordered only entrees. My NY Strip was cooked to medium rare and so was my wife’s. However her steak looked a lot more rare and was more tasty. This was not a big deal though, my steak was delicious. I did have to wait to eat because they forgot a side of mine and it took about 10 minutes to get my rice. Again, I’m not upset about it. I don’t eat much anyways and I don’t mind waiting and just enjoying my company. My mother’s ribeye was cooked well done when she asked for medium. The manager noticed something was off and offered us to make a new one for her. The new one was more of a medium rare, and it was delicious! Momma doesn’t usually like steak like that, but you convinced her that night it is better a little more rare! Overall I really enjoyed my time, I thank the manager for having a good eye on how people react to their food and service. She deserves her position for sure. Will come back always if I’m ever in town and looking for a good steak!

Bar service was amazing! I sat there for dinner and both waitresses were on point with making sure my drink was filled and that my steak was cooked correctly as well as keeping the rolls coming. Highly recommend but get there early if you need a table or booth.

Went to Texas Roadhouse last Sunday with a group of friends and had a great experience! Our server, Mia, was phenomenal, super friendly and always checking in on us. The food was delicious and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely a fun spot for a group outing!

The food was amazing! I got the herb chicken with green beans and loaded SWEET potato…it was all hot, fresh, and tasty! I will be going back for this “early bird” special ($12.99 before 6pm) Again.

They put me and my husband at a table for four in the middle of birthday parties had to keep scooting chair forward to get out way then they bring the saddle my husband had to move over to the other side then food finally came my steak burnt sent that back macaroni all oil mashed potatoes somebody don’t know how to peel potatoes so we paid before we got two teas to go and we waited and waited so we left without our teas it ruined our night won’t be going back there
