Reviews
1. Leave the tostones on top of the platter so they don’t get soggy
2. Serve the tops vieja with the stew so it stays succulent during the duration of the meal.
Everything was delicious and flavorful. By far the tastiest juncture of my Denver journey. This was well worth the 17 minute walk
I usually get the Camarones al Coco, but I wanted to try something different on my latest visit, so I ordered the Cubano. Both are excellent. The dipping sauces you get with the Mariquitas Cuba Cuba are very tasty, as well.
Sorry about the lighting in the Cubano photo. I think that was the restaurant lighting. I got it with the plantains.
Really cool vibes though. Empanadas were a highlight. Tres leches was tasty.
I might give them a 2nd chance because it seems they are a crowd pleaser.
The food, as always, is phenomenal. Cuba Cuba is one of my favorite restaurants and the way they made my birthday dinner so amazing really cemented my loyalty!
The pastries and snacks are just as delicious — flaky pastelitos, fresh sandwiches, and treats that instantly bring a taste of Cuba to the Rockies. The staff is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
Whether you come for a quick coffee or to relax and take in the views, this café is a must-visit. It’s rare to find such authentic Cuban flavor paired with such stunning mountain surroundings. Truly a perfect spot in Denver!”
