Wow. Just use the mobile app. The drive-thru doesn’t listen. Then, when you go inside to correct your order they simply hand you 2 slices of cold cheese to make amends. Just use the app. Just use the app. Follow up after posting :So I got a very generic link to talk to the company about this store. And that doesn’t work either. Am I surprised? Not any longer.

Online says it’s open until 11:30. Pulled up and sat for a few minutes, because I saw someone in line just ahead of me who got food, and then they ignored my car when I pulled up and shut the lights off at 10:55 because they apparently close at 11? Super poor customer service. Go to Culver’s, better food and employees.

Neon Genesis
By far the WORST McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Came in at around 2pm and and immediately noticed how crowded it was inside. I placed my order on the kiosk and waited.
Around 30 minutes later I checked to see if my order was ready only to see that the drink maker was malfunctioning (see video below). I also noticed how dirty the kitchen was with multiple fries and patties on the ground. After waiting for over 15 more minutes we finally got our food and left because we were already late to an appointment.
The chicken Big Mac was basically the same tasteless “chicken” you would see in the McNuggets just with Big Mac sauce. The fries were pretty good with a decent amount of salt on them. I never even got the ketchup I ordered. If your ever planning on stopping by I’d rather go to other locations instead of this one unless your fine waiting a long time for a meal.

This is the slowest McDonalds on the face of the earth.
I like to go in rather then the drive thru and after you order they prioritize someone coming or the drive thru AFTER you have ordered. They really need to get their operations in order. I think the problem is they are being timed on the orders in the drive thru. So they don’t know enough to pay attention to anything else.

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, the picture showed lettuce and tomato. I got two burnt buns on the inside, burnt chicken and 2 pickles. I didn’t take it out of the bag until I got home. Wasn’t about to go back. I would be embarrassed to serve anything like that.

Horrible listening skills, they are taking over 10 minutes to get our order to the second window. Let alone them not answering the second window, to let us know that it is going to take a few minutes to get our food. Was messing around on the back after being told buy some people inside the store.

The food was good on time. So I noticed that the breakfast biscuits with cheese and sausage and egg were lower in price. Then the one under it which was a regular biscuit with egg and sausage. When I told the clerk there was a problem. Her reply was. ,” I don’t know I didn’t price them.” Instead of assistance in this area. She even walked away from me when saying this. It bothered me a little bit.

I have ordered here few times and every-time they miss half of my ordered and they force me to go back inline wait for my order over, so for there mistake i have to waist my time and go back inline? how fair is that ? Had to re-state our order four times which explain why we had to wait in line for a half an hour in the drive-through. When we got there we got a chocolate shake so called that was vanilla with a bunch of chocolate syrup dumped at the bottom. Ask them to take it back they took it back and brought it with an explanation of how it actually was chocolate but didn’t redo it, then after driving away they got the chicken sandwich wrong and the cheeseburgers were rubber will never come to Twin Falls McDonald’s again!
