This is my first review for a commercial fast food restaurant. Mostly because we all know what to expect for American fast food. I can say I’ve had several hamburgers, fries, etc. at this store. They’ve been consistently good, hot, fresh. Etc. Staff has always been noticeably friendly and above average in my opinion. On my last visit, I had two Bernise Mtn dogs with me. The person taking orders asked if he could give them a treat. The dogs (of coarse) loved the idea. Here’s what impressed me, one of the dogs licked his hand. While they were preparing my order the young man very thoroughly washed his hands (to food service specs). I’ve NEVER seen that happen at a drive through window. Well done management and staff at this location. And thank you.

The manager Carissa is the best… She makes sure the food is hot and fast and she always has a smile… This Jack n the box was the worst before she got there… She deserves a raise!

They were having a bad day! Three people were on staff and managed to keep the drive through moving, however the inside folks were forgotten. We were not even acknowledged for several minutes. Then our order was taken and we went to a table and sat down. There was only a table of three men in the restaurant and they were finishing up their meal. After 20 minutes we went to the counter to inquire where our food was and presented the receipt showing how long we had been waiting…..20 minutes! They had our order ready within a few minutes and apologized for the confusion. The egg rolls were very well done, greasy and just warm. The burger was greasy. Such a disappointment! They would have been better to put a sign on the door stating that “Inside Dining is Closed” rather than getting a review like this.

No worries – everyone has a bad day now and then. I relayed the entire situation for you in my review. Your staff was doing the best they could and were very apologetic. This will not deter me from returning for your usually delicious egg rolls – honest!

Jack in the Box was fine. This location is fine. The food tasted how you’d expect. Unfortunately most fast food places these days are way to expensive to justify.

7:54PM / March 8, did not get a proper portion of Spicy Popcorn Chicken as seen in pictures below, great drive thru employee but whomever is portioning the order should know better these boxes aren’t cheap and to get not even half of the box is insane! Thank you for the nice customer service but this can’t be happening especially with JITB prices

The guy that took my order was really nice. The guy who gave me my order was really nice. I think it was the same gentleman. He was very, very, very polite even though they were out of sprite he gave me everything I wanted. My food is hot and fresh thank you so much for being a great Jack-in-the-Box.

Google says it’s 24 hours so I placed a mobile order around 10:00 at night and then I went to pick it up and the drive through was blocked the lights were off and I called and found out that they close at 9:00 pm I really don’t even want Jack in the box anymore. It was a far drive too. What a waste of gas and money. Google even says the store updated their hours 2 weeks ago so that just shows management has no idea what’s going on here. So in the end I lost about $20, $10 in gas in about an hour of my time, and never got any food. Response 5/16/2022: The link you provided had me take a survey?. I completed the survey and at the end it asked me if “it was personal and would like somebody to contact you.” I checked yes, and still haven’t heard anything back. Update:6/10/2022 still no response from owner. Update:8/10/2022 still no response from owner. I’m just going to say, avoid this location at all cost.

Terrible breakfast. My mom ordered the new brunch platter. When she received it, the bacon was practically raw. She sent it back and when she received it, 10 minutes later, it was soggy, limp, and not cooked any better. She gave up and threw it away! The people in the next booth, also had problems with their bacon cheese burger. When they girl brought it back to their table, she tossed it to them, very rude like. Never will set foot in there again.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and went to return my meal this morning because the chicken was hard as a rock! So their lobby is closed so I had to use the window and walked up. Gave them my receipt and the nasty food only for them to tell me, well I don’t know if that chicken is the same chicken from last night??!! Dude! All the manager had to do was apologize and refund me. Instead here’s your pic of the exact same chicken sand that fell apart as I went to grab it out of the package. The sandwich was not wrapped correctly and it literally fell out of the wrapper when I went to eat it. You guys need to get it together! Nasty chicken isn’t acceptable & news flash, neither is rude customer service!
