Lack of brain usage… they cut your drink carrier sides so they don’t need to struggle putting them in but then your drinks are just dancing on cardboard… not to mention that getting some grape jelly is like pulling a teeth from them.

McDonald’s on highway — what else need I say? The food is kept at barely McDonald’s standards, but the place is horribly disorganized and not well managed. Many beverages were out of order or empty, self ordering kiosks we’re not functional, bathroom was not prestine, and the desks were a mess. Cashier was panicking because a family was ordering so many things at once, and I had to wait a while until the staff figured out how to handle the orders. I would not come here if this was not a McDonald’s franchise where I could safely expect a minimum level of quality.

I don’t want to leave a bad review on this place because it’s one of the only ones it town, but it has some consistent problems:
Items consistently being unavailable, like apple pies or Mc crispy strips, even when it’s still possible to order them on the app.
Customer service is just kind of meh. They’re not rude by any means, but not friendly either.
Drive through wait times. If they ask you to pull forward to wait on something, it could be for 5 minutes, it could be for 20, and they could just forget. More of a problem during the day than night.
The thing that sparked this review was that I ordered off the monopoly menu on the app specifically for the fun little monopoly stickers, and of the 5 monopoly items I got, they put on 1 sticker. 1. I’m as salty as my fries.
Good fries though.

TERRIBLE MCDONALDS, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES.
We ordered 2 McChicken meal deals. Got to the first windows, the guy said “you had the two mcdoubles?” We said no it was McChickens. He said oh yeah. We paid, go to the next window. Get our drinks and then the food. No hospitality from the lady at the second windows but I checked in the bag and shocker, it was two mcdouble meal deals. Sat there waiting for them to come back to the window. The lady came back, we told her it was wrong so she yanked the bag out of my husband’s hand. Shut the window, threw the McDoubles in the trash, and had us pull up to the next window to wait. Had an attitude the whole time. On top of all that, we watched her realized she ran out of sweet tea, which my husband ordered with his food, so she just filled up the rest with unsweetened tea.

Large lot for truck parking. 4 kiosks, but only one working. No apple pies available. Cookies were ok. Strawberry shakes aren’t as good as they used to be. Staff was friendly.

3 stars because the nuggets were the best nuggets any McDonald’s has ever made….. A lot of young nice people working at this location.. the frappe was melted and didnt taste right… They may not have known how to make it.. when I asked for it they wasnt sure what a Frappe was…. The frozen lemonade was good .. nice and icee a little melted but good… the fries were nice crunchy… Fresh and best thing of all they were HOT… They have a variety of different things to try on the menu… My first time at this location and this state… We just got off the first exit fir gas and this was about the only food spot in the area… The burgers weren’t good at all.. but the nuggets and fries made up for it… Would recommend this location

The McDonald’s we went to did the best I’ve tasted on the mcrib. Other McDonald’s places have been stingy with the sauce, but, this was good.

Waited 15 minutes for a small order and watched 3 groups of people arrive, order, get their food, and leave before I could get a snack wrap. On top of that they messed up my order and forgot my water. Workers looked like scared lost children. Wouldn’t recommend
